Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
5 g dry yeast.
Stir until sugar and yeast dissolve.
1 egg.
30 g of melted butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Sift 330 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Let's mix it up.
Sprinkle the table with wheat flour.
Knead the dough on the table until smooth.
You need to knead for about 5 minutes.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
Grease 2 bread molds with vegetable oil.
After 1 hour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Divide into 2 parts.
We make a ball from each part.
Cover for 10 minutes.
We work with flour.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
50 g of melted butter.
Brush the surface of the dough with butter.
Roll up into a tube.
Fasten the edges.
We make 8 cuts without cutting to the end.
Put the dough in the mold.
We move the pieces of dough in different directions.
Do the same with the second piece of dough.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
You can cook according to this recipe and be pleased with the result!
Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Yolk, 2 teaspoons of milk.
Lubricate the surface with yolk.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Hello from Croatia! I've just tried out this recipe and it looks quite good for now :) although i haven't used white flour except 50g on the beginning for yeast starter. Afterwards i used gluten free spelt integral flor, even though I'm still learning how it will turn out :)
