When I have apples at home I always bake this incredibly delicious and very easy apple pie, my kids and my husband very often ask me to make this pie recipe for them for afternoon tea or for breakfast.
The recipe is really very easy even if you are a beginner in the kitchen you can make this recipe without problem! follow the steps in the video and you will be delighted with the result!
I added vanilla and lemon in the recipe for this apple pie and I found the result to be very tasty and fragrant, you can replace the lemon with cinnamon if you like it.
For my part I chose a mold large enough to have a thin apple pie, but if you want a thicker cake then choose a smaller mold and increase the baking time by checking regularly, be careful not to overcook the cake at the risk of ending up with a dry cake ...

4 apples
the juice of half a lemon
3 eggs
120g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
80 ml sunflower oil
100 ml of milk
the zest of an organic lemon
200 g flour, sifted
11 g of baking powder
a little butter for the mold
a tablespoon of sugar for the bottom of the mold
bake at 170 ° C for about 35 minutes

Очень вкусно!Готовила именно так,кроме цедры лимона.Но яблоки резала чуть потолще,мне так вкуснее.

There is no better cake than apple cake !! I watched carefully how you prepare the ingredients for this wonderful and healthy recipe and I have one suggestion for the order of preparing the ingredients :First you had to make the mixture and only at the end cut the apples on thin leaves so they didn’t darken and lose their quality and freshness ! But regardless , whe the cake or pie was ready and you started to cut it , and show us what looks like , it started leaking saliva from my mouth , imagining myself eating it , because I love cakes and sweets in general ! Since I liked it at the first opportunity I will make it my own and enjoy it ! Thank you very much for sharing this simple and very tasty recipe with us , because it is generally known that cakes with a simple structure are always the best 🙏🙏🙏 !

Ah! Ah! C'est simplement la recette traditionnelle de la pâte à Cake ( aux pommes, au poires...) Mais cuite dans un moule plat -qui n'a pas été manqué d'ailleurs- On pourrait tout aussi bien cuire dans une tourtière, un moule à manqué ...ou à cake !! Il suffit d'adapter le temps de cuisson. On peut aussi ne pas gaspiller la matière : pendant la cuisson du gâteau, concasser les trognons et les pelures, mettre dans une casserole, couvrir d'eau,cuire 10mn, filtrer, mettre 50 % de sucre dans le jus, reprendre la cuisson 15mn pour réduire à la nappe . Le gâteau est cuit ! On peut l'abricoter ( le tartiner de la gelée ) , 5 mn dans le four chaud et hop, on a un gâteau brillant, comme dans les pâtisseries.
