Я это тесто мокрой ложкой выложила на пергамент, на противень и в духовку . 180 градусов, пока не зарумянились. Получилось мягкое печенье с яблочным привкусом . Всем понравилось. Это для тех, кто не хочет жарить.

@Positive7277 Sour cream is very interchangeable with yogurt. If you don't like yogurt use sour cream. Obviously your recipe will then have a different flavor profile.

Рецепт несложный , а если , так называемые, пирожки- не варить, в масле? А смазать противень маслом , разложить их и смазать яичным желтком и запечь в духовке? 👌👍👋

Con un po' più d'olio, vengono bene comunque!!! Io li ho fatti simili anche senza yogurt. Puoi mettere nell'impasto un po' di carota grattugiata o un po' di patata grattugiata, uvetta ....
