Ingredients and recipe:
00:00 Cut 2 potatoes.
00:21 Add potatoes to the pan.
00:25 Pour 600 ml of water into the pan.
00:32 Cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
00:38 Spring onions.
01:09 Remove water from potatoes.
01:15 Add 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter.
01:19 Mash the potatoes.
01:29 Cornstarch 3 tbsp.
01:35 mix well.
02:04 Divide the mashed potatoes into 8 parts.
02:22 Roll the mashed potatoes into balls and then flatten them.
02:57 Olive oil.
03:01 Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
03:10 Feta.
03:14 Mash with a fork.
03:24 Add spring onions and olive oil.
03:45 Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.
