I was painting galaxy with water color and almost finished the painting, i only need to put white dots to paint stars at that moment my son came to me and started asking too many questions and I dropped a white drop...i put my damp cloth over it. But when it dried that dot appeared as the moon hiding behind the black clouds😊

I also have an art channel and saw your comment was not replied to yet so I thought maybe I could help with your questions? First, I don't think you need much sketching skills to be able to paint since it's two different mediums, however if you are painting a person then you would want to sketch that proportionately first. Also, yes when doing watercolor you can sketch with pencil first however just note that if you are painting with light colors your sketch could show through. So I like to lightly erase the sketch first before I go in with the watercolors. Hope this helps!! Have a great day!!! 😊✨

Benefits of great water colour paper

Also please use a synthetic brush. Don't hurt your lovely sable brushes like that. They're usually too soft anyway.

@@kristinvanleuven if you have wet paint on it then instead of fixing the problem it's going to be worse 😔. Or you can call it a happy accident and turn it into a part of your painting 😉.
