I'm in the UK can we use caster sugar? Or is it granulated?

I can testify that this cake is amazing. We tried a few versions as maryam would bring us pieces to taste and critique them. This final version is amazing. Maryams mum😊

Tried making the cake yesterday the cake is soft and tastes amazing but it was to sweet I would suggest reducing the sugar if you like the cake with moderate sweetness.

I tried it out and omg there are no words describing how amazing it turned out. It literally melts in my mouth. Thank you soooo much!!

Thank you MK for the recipe ❤ I made this today and it was superb (i reduced the sugar, i always do with any recipe). With this cake, i used 240g. I did not make the frosting, too lazy😅. Even on its own it was so good!
