Trevor Philips is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, appearing as one of the three protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V. These are the criminal charges he would have faced had he been arrested after the events of GTA V.
Our exploration extends beyond fiction as we draw parallels to real-world scenarios. We examine cases of real-life criminals and their prosecutions, drawing on legal expertise to examine the likelihood of Trevor Philips's criminal activities leading to actual charges.
Please note that the video you are about to watch is entirely fictional and is produced solely for the purpose of raising awareness on the consequences of committing a crime. The scenes depicted in this video are not real and do not reflect any actual events or persons. We do not condone or promote any illegal or unethical behaviour, and this video is intended to serve as a cautionary tale to deter individuals from engaging in criminal activity.

    That’s why in the movie Heat, the robber played by DeNiro during the bank job explained that they wanted to hurt no one and give leeway to try to get the bank customers to relax. Armed robbery is one thing but any of those people die for whatever causes because of the robbery and that adds felony murder charges which are more serious

He'd rack up 50k years in prison if it all came to light

    I'd say he got it soft in this video lol This doesn't even count the rampages, the 8 smuggling missions, the online heist, and for some reason, it lists the Kortz shooting as self defense, even if it was an intervention. It also does not count the murder of federal officers, which would be Steve and every NOOSE kill. And above all, it doesn't count the crimes dialogues mention he had committed. I think Trevor could easily be sentenced back in the stone age and be freed just this year with the amount of prison time he'd get

    Great list but you forgot one, after the truth about Brad is revealed Trevor receives a call from the Triad Boss who reveals that he intends to brutally kill Michael and still Trevor just laughs it off as revenge for Brad. Now in a court of law he would be charged with willfully with-holding information on potential murder and be complicit in the crime if Michael had been killed in the Slaughterhouse.

Usually takes a while to pay off tho because they can’t take the whole thing and leave u with no money, and u don’t make much at all from prison jobs to begin with.

    The other thing most people don't realize is that if they can prove you had a firearm at each crime you committed regardless of how much is dropped you still get at a minimum of 10 years in prison all because you had a gun at the scene.. unfortunately, not a single court uses this for bs reasons, but you would make a lot of criminals think twice before doing the crime with a gun.

    wym for bs reasons? First of all, longer sentencing does not deter crime. You could make the punishment for jaywalking a life sentence and it would not deter jaywalking. Second of all, why would you even want someone to go away for that long in a system that sets them up to reoffend? That's just a death camp, not a prison

  • @mremu4358

    @mremu4358

    11 ай бұрын

    @outmywritemind1739 politics is the bs reason, and when I say crime I'm not talking about jaywalking. I'm talking about murder, robbery, pedophilia, and among many other horrible crimes, but the fact I have to spell that out for you is pathetic. I guess by your logic, we should just let everyone off with a slap on the wrist because taking years or their lives doesn't work. People who wanna change will put in the effort themselves or better they'll decide not to do the crime in the first place since thats too much time they lose. Those who keep doing it don't deserve my sympathy. If adding years to repeat offenders works in Singapore, then perhaps something similar can be done in the states to put an end to high crime rates. Edit: Also, if they're a death camp, then they're doing a terrible job at it, they might have to consider ideas from Aushwitz if they really want to be a death camp.

    Im not a lawyer, but here are some things that might be worth noting: 0:14 +Battery 1:20 +Property damage 4:09 +Property damage 4:43 +Trespassing (Trevor doesn’t work at the docks, and that area of the docks is a Private area, thus why Trevor is disguised as a dock worker) 4:51 +Trespassing (The Merryweather base is private property) 6:10 I think it would make more sense to say “Accessory to carjacking” or something similar because Franklin is the one stealing the vehicle, not Trevor. 9:11 This is debatable since we never see what happens, there is a chance that Trevor could have acted in self defense. If Trevor did commit murder, there doesn’t seem to be any high velocity blood on him, so he most likely did not kill Floyd or Debra with the gun. There are no cuts on his hands, so 1 of 2 things, Trevor didn’t use the knife, or: Trevor was able to use the knife without injuring himself. 9:25 +Trespassing (Trevor shouldn’t have been in the back areas of the strip club without a valid reason) 11:23 Multiple First-degree murders (During this part of the mission, all 3 protagonists purposely set up an ambush to kill multiple FIB and Merryweather agents) 11:53 +Grand Theft Auto (Trevor steals Devin’s car) Trevor’s final sentence would most likely be much higher due to the charges stacking and other things, but realistically speaking, Trevor would get the death penalty.

Trevor chose to involve himself at the shootout at Kortz Center. I'd be shook if self defense applied during Derailed considering that's a train robbery and it's Merryweather's cargo.
