On P2 my tire settings say 2.3 not 23 I have 20in tires, is the speed shown in MPH or KPH? my P3 settings MAXOUT@ 62 NOT 100 are you in METRIC SETTINGS? AND will these new speed settings HURT MY MOTOR OR CONTROLLER IN ANYWAY? THANKS

Changing the wheel diameter just changes the calculated speed displayed, not the actual speed of the bike.

the actual speed is 28mph, i have one my self,i have 400+ miles on it and its still holding up great

P3 only goes to 62 on mine I can only get 30 mile an hour out of it

If you change tire size it's going to make you look like you're going faster but you're not I don't know why they tell you that

Hello, the settings you have shown only affect the pedal assistants, not the throttle grip. no matter what I set, the bike always drives at 45 km/h via the gas grip, but I need 25 km/h. what else can I do.thank you and greetings

With mine it only affects the throttle grip, not the Pedal Assistent. You know how im only gonna affect the padel assistance?

Hello my friend, I received the bike today, but the electricity is not working. I don't know why. The battery is not working and the electronic screen is not working either.

I cant even turn this shit on

If the speed does not reach the normal speed, please follow the video settings Speed setting procedure. 1. Press the '+' and '-' buttons at the same time to enter the P1 interface, then press '+' to enter the P2 interface and press the power button to fix in the P2 interface. Press '+' button in P2 interface to 23 ( wheel diameter setting, only 23 can be used for electric bike based system) 2. Press the power button, then press '+' to enter the P3 interface, then press the power button to fix, after fixing in the P3 interface, press '+' to adjust to the maximum value, press and hold the power button to complete the setting Please note 1. the maximum speed can only be reached when fully charged
