  I am unable to connect the battery again after taking it off. How can I fix this?

  I have the same bike, and LOVE it. Only complaints are the battery could definitely last longer on long rides (replacement batteries around $350-400), along side the slight issue with shocks and forks. Back shocks are stiff and the front forks are soft. It's an odd balance but it works great. I'm about 140 soaking wet and I can go 29 mph with slight head wind and a full battery. What I do like is that the battery hardly dies all the way I can keep putting at 20 mph with minimal battery and keep going. super fun bike.

  I have the same one also and i love it I don't put it to the test like i should but i haven't had it that long so I'm still trying to figure it out but when i'm on it you can't tell me nothing and i do have a extra battery ❤❤

  My P2 WHEEL DIAMETER SETTING I SET TO 2.3IN NOT 23. ( I HAVE 20IN TIRES ) AND ON P3 MY SPEED SETTING INLY GOES TO 62 NOT 100 AS SHOWN WHY IS THIS? AND WILL IT HURT MY MOTOR ON THESE SETTINGS? THANKS

  Some of the screws are very difficult to get started. After watching the video several times, I figured 30 minutes for assembly but it took me 2 hours. But the bike is very high quality material and manufacturing. The performance is outstanding! I love it!

  Please note that the initial startup mode for the G63 is a non-zero speed start. You need to press the accelerator while using your other foot to assist in pushing the electric scooter to activate the motor. You can change the startup mode to zero-speed start on the app, so that pressing the accelerator will activate the motor.   Hello, the recommended rider height for this electric bike is 5'3" to 6'1", and the Seat to ground height is about 33 inches, supporting riders up to 300 lbs.
