After he died I stopped playing Minecraft entirely for 1 year. I don’t know why but playing the game just didn’t feel right for me at that time, guess it was my own way of paying respects to him. Miss him a lot. Technoblade never dies…

Technoblade never dies and it feels good to know what a legacy he left on the world.

What makes me even more sad is that I learned who Techno really was like right after he died.

Same. I was just fascinated in the DSMP role couple weeks before Techno’s death. At that time I only knew this person by a little, when I saw the news, I was shocked. Then I went to learn more about the “Legend”, and just became a Techno’s fan that watch almost every his video. I am regretting that I couldn’t have watched this guy’s stream, video, even just tweeting, why god took him away in that such a young age? How come he cannot stay more longer? Even though I just knew Technoblade for about two years, but all I want to say is just, I missed him. Technoblade never dies.

It is hard to put into words how much Technoblade changed my life. This time 3 years ago I was depressed and sad all the time. Until I discovered Technoblade's youtube channel. I would watch all of his content starting from the first video for hours a day. He brought me joy and happiness. Sadly, shortly after a year later he passed away and I missed out on some of Technoblade's Content. I genuinely think he is a cool and funny guy. Rest in Peace Technoblade, you are missed.

i wish i watched him before he died. it's weird saying someone with over 15 MILLION subscribers is underrated, but even though he isn't with us, he's SEVERELY underrated.

Bro “He’s turning the tide” being the prevailing motto instead of one of the more widely used “blood for the blood god” or “techno never dies” is actually really cool. I like how you decided not to just jump on the quote train, you instead went with a motto that is very similar, yet manages to encapsulate more of his personality in general

This is THE MOST emotional trailer I have ever seen. Not just one of the most, THE most.

Techno was and is a truly awe inspiring man. He got us through so many shitty times. He made so many smile. He deserves the title of hero and blood god. I honestly don't know where I'd be without him, after his death it hit me that I wanted to be a youtuber, before that I thought "being a youtuber would be cool, but I'm not good enough." and was planning to go into game design. When I really started watching techno, like not the occasional video, but like would basically drop everything to catch a stream watched, I started thinking about doing youtube again. But when he died was when it hit me, It was so sudden, too sudden. it was late and I was gaming with some of my friends, when one of them said "oh, techno just died" and I thought he was joking. but then I checked the video. It was too much, I told them I had to go and proceeded to cry for hours. His memory is the main thing that keeps me going. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten, we will sing his tales on, we will teach his principles of humor, wit, kindness, and kicking the out of those orphans. rest in peace Technoblade. Honestly, when he passed, I felt like the world had lost it's color. Every time I rewatch his content, I catch a glimpse of that old life. Every time, I get to relive those days where things were simpler. Thank you for making this, both as a tribute, and a reminder of better times long past.

I kind of left this side of the MCYT community for a while, mostly just watching Hermitcraft/Empires/Life Series-but I just came back yesterday. I went on a binge of rewatching old dsmp and Techno content. I wasn’t actively watching when it was announced he had cancer or when he passed away. I actually remember being at a summer camp when I got that final devastating notification. I don’t think it’s fully hit me until just yesterday. I take a break from different fandoms all the time, and I usually happy come back to more content that has piled up while I’ve been gone. And I realized that there wouldn’t ever be any more content from Techno himself, but actually experiencing it was a bit different. Fans are still making content themselves and continuing his legacy, but it’s not quite the same. But still, it’s something. And I appreciate that so much.

Even though its been 2 years since his passing it still feels like a fresh cut, I don't really know how to explain it any other way. In 2018 I wrote a script for a movie, at the time I never knew who Technoblade really was. I was at my friends house when I heard the news. Even though it may have been three simple words. “Techno is dead” even to me I wanted to fall to my knees as if I was shot in the leg around the time of 2022 I knew by then that Techno wasn’t dead… as long as all the memories of him live on. So at by that time my movie script was scrapped cause, I wanted to capture his memory eternally with a book I made, (NOT HERE TO ADVERTISE ANYTHING) edit: not even published. I wrote him as the Head bodyguard of the Jarl of a dark kingdom, when the village attacked “Alex” turned and fought to save the innocent village. For his noble dead, when he passed with time in his memory the village built an entire tomb that laid beneath the village. Made from the finest stone from the snowy mountains of the NE a golden garnet I gave with the runes that symbol two words was “The Blade” molded into the large gold ring was jewels of diamond, ruby, sapphire and emerald. The jewel was placed in an engraved slot on the monument of his tomb. With legend stating that “One day a red cloaked warrior would come with an axe that of made of diamond and netheright would dawn the jewel and such a person would walk through fire without a burn nor scar.”

I started watching technoblade around 2016-17, right around when I first downloaded minecraft pocket edition. I remember watching old preston playz pvp videos (before it turned into whatever the hell it is now) and dantdm. But among those youtubers, I especially liked technoblade. Partially because of the fact that he uploaded pretty often and I could get home every day after school and just watch another interesting story, or rant, or bedwars video. I remember being so sad when he first said something about his arm in one of his videos and that he wouldn't be able to play for some time, not knowing that it would be the first time he was diagnosed with "da big C". As a wise man once said, "can't run from your problems when they have enderpearls" ngl, bro was funny till the end. respect for all of time techno
