🙏 I would love to test the game out 🎮

I do hope track mods will be a thing one day, especially japanese tracks like Tsukuba, Suzuka, SUGO, and Motegi would fit right in with all of these cars. Oh and Le Mans too (nurburgring would probably be close to impossible I imagine)

Komputer here again. Wanted to correct you on the M12 GT2. JERACERX recently told me that the black/gold M12 is actually a separate chassis called the M12 Lite. Don't know if mechanically it was any different from the original ASR car. The car ended up in the same way as the original white car.

I was only able to go off of what I was able to find online for the video, since information is so sparse for such a widely forgotten race car. The "M12 Lite" did not appear in my searching. Also appears to be a very bizarre namesake, considering the 'Lite' would make more sense for the M12's first appearance back at Sebring. RacingSportsCars was my main reference, where the Black M12 was mentioned at the Road Atlanta race. Still though, I appreciate the info!

Smore info correction. BP BMW. The BP livery actually introduced at the end of the 1998 season.

Need an e36 4 door since that was the bmw that the majority raced at the time.

As a NUFC supporter, I 100% approve the Lister Storm GTL lol Fantastic mod though, really looking forward to the finished product. I do hope one day this and GT2 plus could perhaps become merged together for the truly complete Gran Turismo 2 experience, but I can dream.

i wish they could put more obscure cars into the game, since GT has a history of including them. For example: Gurgel BR800 - Brazil's First fully national car. the BR800 was a microcar sold with a boxer twin from the beetle. produced a little over 33hp. Hoffstetter Turbo - one of Brazil's sports cars as a reponse to the import embargo in the years of the military dictatorship. Powered by 2.0 I4 engines used in the Volkswagen Santana and a distinctive wedge shape. the Turbo had 210 hp and could reach 237km/h. Bianco S - another legendary sports car from Brazil, the S used a VW 1600 engine with 65hp. altough anemic in numbers it had a very distinctive visual shape that could be a platform for tuning in the game. Gurgel Itaipu 150 E - long before Teslas and the Famous Chevrolet EV1, Brazil had a lineup of electric vehicles, named after the massive Itaipu hydroelectric dam. the first of those, the 150E, was a small orange microcar with a distinctive cheese shape, featuring a 4hp all electric engine, but only weighing 780kg. the car could reach 60 km/h as top speed. Laraki Fulgura: an african sports car from morroco, the Fulgura was based on the Lamborghini Diablo, featuring a monster (for the time), Mercedes-Benz 6.0 L V12, producing 960hp, and an estimated top speed of 398 km/h. Chevrolet Chevette GPII - Famously driven by James Hunt in 1977 in his stay here in Brazil, this little RWD sports car, had at the time an engine that produced 72hp, and a maximum speed of over 140km/h, wich at the time was one of the most spicy pony cars in the market. Chevrolet Opala SS - a Big "Muscle" car in all its might and right, the Chevrolet Opala is to this day revered as a proper Muscle car in latin america. sold in europe as the opel Rekord, this big boy in its Super Sport (SS) version, could be equiped with a straight 6, prodcuing 140hp and using Ethanol as its fuel with a max speed of 181km/h, being considered the fastest of its category at the time, and competing with Ford Maverick and Dodge Dart V8 in the Endurance series. Mitsuoka Le seyde - Style and a distinctive "Cruella Devil-esque" visual made this car famous, as a "fashion car" from manufacturer mitsuoka. it used the engine and interiors of the Sylvia S-14, and was one of the most unique cars of the brand that is hated by some and loved by others. Mitsuoka Orochi - Ugly for some, Beautifully mischevious for others, the Orochi was a proper japanese sports car on its own right, equiped with a 3.3 V6 engine, and reaching 178km/h.

@@YegoYTP only the Orochi and Fulgura are from after 2000. (Fulgura is from 2002 orochi is from 2003 if i'm not mistaken. all the other cars are from before 99)

Id say the mod already went with some pretty obscure vehicles

info on the eclipse GT (it is the euro 1993 d22a 1ga eclipse sold in europe only, and this version is the GT package/option, which added cool graphics on the side, hood, and rear "GT" Badging, special rims, and other more "track focused" changes. It is a quite rare option and seemed to only appear in germany, in German magazines, German press releases, and places in germany)

The Mark Martin car is actually from 1999. You can tell by the lack of the 50th anniversary logo on the A pillar.

This looks awesome! just a correction though the functional Ford indigo is owned by Jack Roush and he even takes it to the track.
