    The Hell Is A "Exit Interview"

  • @ibrahimcehajic

    @ibrahimcehajic

    6 күн бұрын

    The exit interview is performed with an HR representative, they won't say they're from HR,they want to know why you're leaving,if it's because of something they did wrong,they could get in trouble for,they do it to preempt any action against them by lawyering up and getting info so they can create a counter strategy or remove the person responsible or make up something about you, like a write up or some bs,so never ever hold an exit interview and never ever sign anything while quitting.
