So true, here we never trust family with money, its basically impossible to get back what they owed. And you always had to do free back breaking work for them and still be called lazy.

Big red flag in a job interview: "We're like a family here"
„We treated u like family“ „But why didn’t u pay me more“ „Because u’re family“ Fax Edit: not wanting to thank y’all for the likes but rather I’d like to use this opportunity to say that 9/11 was an inside job

😂😅 A mandatory Exit Interview should definitely be implemented and leave a mark on everyone who hasn't left the company yet 💡
His face after he said it wasn't his wife, but a prostitute 🤣😹🤣
Single handedly kept you from 3 promotions. Yup sounds like my H.O.D.
Oh, I'd LOVE to have an exit interview whenever I leave my current job! I've got SOOO much to tell them!
@abdul-kabiralegbe5660

Instead put them to use by having a vanilla exit interview so your new employer doesn't get poisoned by them when doing a background check. Only after that do you call them out.
My dad is having an exit interview tomorrow afternoon, he's finally retiring after almost 15 years at the same crappy place.
"Around here we treat you like family". I'd rather be treated like a valued employee.
"thIS haSn't bEEn worKinG fOr nInE mOnthS" The laptop's battery : 🤰
Tbf, nobody pays their family
"We treated you like family." "Treat your debtors like family." Rule of acquisition number honestly I have no idea. Edit: I can't believe I forgot the most important part of the quote. "Treat your debtors like family. Exploit them."
Reminds me of what the CEO of the company I work at said to someone when they handed their 2 week notice "I hope this new job blows up in your face"
“This hasn’t been working for nine months” THEN HOW DID PRODUCTIVITY RAISE?????

When I have to do my work and then be required to fix your work too....
I think we all know at this point that 'Family' is a red flag. If someone, somewhere, somehow doesn't know already... GTFO if you hear that word from an employer's mouth.
Working for family, I’d just like to add: they don’t pay that well, but you get more vacations
This is so on point. I've literally been pressured to do exit interviews with a company I had ongoing litigation with. Why? Evidence kids. Toxic.

The Hell Is A "Exit Interview"
@ibrahimcehajic
6 күн бұрын
The exit interview is performed with an HR representative, they won't say they're from HR,they want to know why you're leaving,if it's because of something they did wrong, they could get in trouble for, they do it to preempt any action against them by lawyering up and getting info so they can create a counter strategy or remove the person responsible or make up something about you, like a write up or some bs,so never ever hold an exit interview and never ever sign anything while quitting.
I'm surprised you didn't go the "we treated you like family" "you didn't pay me enough" "yeah, families never pay you enough if anything at all for work done, expecting gratitude to be enough" angle
Hajahahjjajha that is so freaking good and mostly true
MBAs really are a significant problem in companies. “How do we increase profits?” “Cut hours, don’t give raises, and blame the employees?” “Absolutely genius”
Takes the device to the IT team IT team: what the fuck have you been doing for the nine months, we don't have a sixth sense
The backward tie is a great detail
The mans tie is backwards too 😆
“That was a prostitute.“ had me rolling
Keep the content coming 😂😂

Ive got to say, I've never seen somebody pull off wearing a tie backwards
I counted 41 zoom ins and zoom outs
are we not gonna talk abt the 9 month joke? or am i just reading between the lines too much...
I am still utterly hyptonized by that tie. It's so perfectly done the wrong way.
You know Denise broke it.
His tie is backwards🤣
Marvel with their artists in the 1990’s:
Rule 110: Exploitation Begins at Home! Rule 111: Treat people in your debt like family: exploit them! -- Ferrengi Rules of Acquisition
ive never heard of exit interviews untill like last week
JEEEZZZZ guys you are freaking ON FIRE.. good sketch!!!
Bro these remind me of old Smosh.
I can't wait to get my MBA!
As someone who worked for my parents and uncle, can confirm family doesn’t pay well either
They mistreat you, make unreasonable demands, and are frankly rather possessive of you and your time... just like a real family!
It that the tie was backwards for me 😂
His backwards tie lmao
my last boss said see you when you come back. thats what 4 years ago never came back.
Denise can you bring in my generic MBA i need to re-affirm the value i bring into this company...fr.😅
"Tyler then proceeded to put less than minimum effort into his work and had this very same conversation 9 month later."
I like how he's wearing his tie backwards too.
This so accurate 😂
Haha his tie is the wrong way around
Bro the "we treated you like family" part is so relatable 😂
The reverse tie is a genius touch
i think ppl grossly underestimate how much work it is to pretend to work.
When your boss is single but says "we are like family here" you know you are in for a wild ride
It is terrifying how much I understand this
Mom dad and dog.... And you fill that spot...? Which one ? The dog..😂. Now fetch something for boss
In a way similar to This Is Spinal Tap, this was supposed to be an outrageous parody, but actually ends up not too far removed from reality
Gotta say no place that ever called me family paid well.
Underrated as fuck
"on what website?"this thing just hit my funny bone
The fact the dudes tie is on backwards
I thought this was an ad at first and that it was gonna be one of those “well I have 80 million power, you can’t fire me!" dumb ads
The wife reveal was hilarious
They've got a dad. I've heard they're called" lmao
"we treated you like family!" "yeah, like i wss a child! Bye!"
They treat me like family. So yeah, they were abusive.
I love how his tie is on… inside out? backwards? What would you call that? 🤣🤣🤣
It's key to remember that a manager is not a scorer for the company, but a defender. Best block: no be there.
The tie being backwards
the backwards tie makes this a 10
The family and pay thing. Truth.
"On what website" Boy, we know what website his research on family base on
I had a boss once tell me that I wouldn't be able to find a better job and I would be back.
“I’ve seen pictures” 😂😂
Inaccurate families ask for free labor 🙂
Lol, just had one of them 🥲
Haha the 1st time he opened his laptop forgot he broke it Haha
I love how his tie is backwards
Wth😂😂
Pure gold
Love that the tie is backwards lol
Nice idk what a family is either
I know that’s a comfy polo, vineyard vines. I have it… the purple is wonderful
Am I the only person that noticed something with his tie?
Bruh the 9 months joke are the end💀
God this is gonna be me pretty soon. I wonder how my boss is gonna take it.
Nobody noticed the fact that he wore his tie the wrong way
Exit interviews can only be honest if the manager isn't the reason the employee is leaving and is in fact a trusted person. But since that's the most frequent reason employees look for another job...
Chief big facts
Imagine getting an exit interview
