Yes, because energy drinks aren't bad, generally. Its about moderation, and keeping in mind that its obvious you shouldn't drink it if you have a heart condition, or you're pregnant. Its simple. Fucks sakes. Its literally no different than soda or coffee. Drink too much soda or coffee with a heart condition and you'll have some problems. Diabetes too, if there's alot of sugar in what you're drinking.

It was not a remark meant to be taken on a racist level but rather a notion to the unfair generalization of white old men in suits are the people that run this country and large companies, instead of getting offended by such a slur maybe you should go out there and prove it wrong by actually getting a job in the business section of the economy, instead of spending your time in the youtube comments complaining about it

Ginseng is a natural stimulant, typically in a root form. That being said, so little of it is likely used in a large sample of energy drinks so as to become a meaningless additional ingredient. Vitamin B12 is also a stimulant, and one that is used outside of energy drinks. My mom takes B12 shots to help with her normal levels of energy, but there's likely a difference between an injection of vitamin B12 and the one in a can of energy drink.

@@mayganphynix8267 HCl is one of the most powerful acids. The problem isn't if it can but if there's time. Depending upon the size and overall density of the metal the problem is that it wouldn't be staying in your stomach long enough to be fully dissolved in most cases. No question it theoretically could, you're just far more likely to end up with holes in your intestine. And possibly esophagus trying to get it there in the first place. Also, to the thread in general sugar has nothing to do with anything in terms of breaking anything down. Carbonated things in general are what is going to cause damage to your teeth because they use carbonic acid - which is, you know, an acid - to get the carbonation in there. Realistically if you are afraid of your teeth being broken down by the things you eat or drink then it is generally carbonation, most condiments (almost all of them have vinegar which is just acetic acid), and citrus fruits or things that contain their juice (citric acid) that you want to avoid. Sugar has its problems but people have made up a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with anything about it. Things like sugar rushes are also complete nonsense. At least in the way most people consider them. If you aren't eating enough calories or something then having some sugar can boost your long-term energy by providing you with the normal energy you need, but there isn't some magical extra effect you get from having sugar specifically. If you're missing calories you're missing calories. Pulling some grass in your back garden would have the same effect as eating the sugar in that situation. The only difference is if you're eating a candy bar as opposed to the grass in your back garden it's going to be a lot easier to get more calories than you need. Which will just make you fatter not add a little yellow circle next to your real life stamina bar.

To be fair, some energy drinks have significantly more caffeine than a cup of coffee (iirc, some have like 300+ mg of caffeine per can) so you can get an entire gram of caffeine in your system with only 3 bottles of energy drink and a single cup of coffee instead of the 10+ cups of coffee you'd need otherwise. Granted, you'll probably only need that much caffeine when your caffeine tolerance is so ridiculously out of wack that you probably should stop taking caffeine for a bit to lower your tolerance and just sleep like a normal person but who has time to sleep anyways?
