It worked for us too to follow the video’s advice. Our microwave is fixed. Initially I touched the belt and it felt very clean, but upon closer look, there was a pea sized smudge of grease at the end where the connections were. Once that was wiped clean, the microwave is back to life! Thank you!!!

That unfortunately means there is more corrosion inside the keypad flex layer and the only way to fix it is to replace the keypad itself.

This code normally represents the keypad issue. So you can try this method.

Nice but how did you expose to get to the thing needed to me cleaned? Not sure on my unit

Well, the type of connector may vary between different units. You have to look for something similar to a ribbon cable, or any sort of cable, coming from the front main panel to the main board.

reseated the cable the SE error reset and microwave started working

That is due to two possibilities. Either the cable is still not making proper contact or there is something else faulty in the keypad section. In the latter case, it cannot be fixed by this method.

Thanks for the translation. 😊 Btw, simply spraying WD40 at the connector won't do much. You've to thoroughly clean it afterwards.
