They may not want to make him the next 007, but I love how MI6 picked him up at the end of Luther. Can't wait for a production house to capitalize on that!

Rally is so technically challenging and crazy. Those guys are fearless.

Great to see that rallying gets the reputation it deserves from a star like Idris Elba. Great episodes, petrolheads wants more. So sad that this documentary was not promoted enough :/

What an absolute dream to sit there and watch the pikes peak run with the man himself commenting every situation in it.

I grew up at the foot of Pikes Peak, watching the race & dreaming. In the 70s & 80s, I got to race the Motorcycle Division 7x with podiums & a class win. Always a Rally/Grp B fan, I got to watch Ari & the others come to race in the 80s. In 1984, got to race a Camaro Z28 in the Stock Car Class, practicing all week with Michelle Mouton right behind me (classes mixed during practice runs). Mech. DNF on race day after qualifying 13th out of 26 Stock Cars & 2nd-fastest rookie. The film Ari & Idris are watching & in the clips is "Climb Dance." I've watched it at least 100 times -- if you wanna know what it's like to race pre-tarmac PP, this is as close as you'll get. (I'm also a big fan of Idris, especially "Luther!")

With all the fantastic B roads in USA, I'm so surprised there aren't more WRC stages there. Mr. Elba is pretty humble in his learning a new skill, definitely a quick learner!

Idris is great for pushing the boundaries like this. I love Suomi (Finland) and all the Finns. From rallying history, to knitting socks for Ukraine, to the beautiful scenery of Finland itself. 🇫🇮 🇺🇸

This is a great documentary featuring a great actor and great rally driver about how to reach for AND EXECUTE your dreams. I really enjoyed watching this. Ari is one of my all time favourite rally drivers. I remember watching his ALL OR NOTHING driving style and fantastic skills in the Safari rally of the 1980's. Ari, Idris, and Max, I hope to see you guys (and everyone else) in Kenya from the 22nd to the 25th June 2023 for the WRC 7th round - The Safari Rally. NB: The scenery and landscapes in Finland are very beautiful.

Now i need a Codemasters Idris Elba Dirt Rally!

Rally recquires cool-headed concentration the most. I had to train it, before I could win Dirt rally tracks on professional difficulty. (But I did it with manual stick shift)

I really enjoyed watching that. I laughed aloud more than i would watching a comedy. I laughed because i was surprised and pleased to see people being passionate, honest...and themselves. It is also nice to see people become life long friends in 43 min! Cool.

How did it work practicing with a RWD car one day and a FWD the next? Just be a bit confusing. But man, Ari what a legend. Can't get enough of him speaking for some reason.

This is the reason that rally driving is a dangerous sport. One misjudgement on the terrain you're gone.
