Local IDPA match at M160. Weather was very cool, alot of sun and a moderate breeze. We finished the match just as the dreaded arctic blast started to come through. I shot ok, I was trying to go a little faster however reviewing the video I think a few times I wasn't and some of my shooting was slower than I'd like. A few targets I had a little difficulty getting my dot on the zero down scoring zone quickly. At :49 was a deliberate miss while at :52 was not. That stage required 3 shots per target and I didn't have enough confidence to go for it. I was 5 down on that up/down target. Not good. At 1:15 I took 2 extra shots when I should have done 1. I forgot it was an unloaded start and though it was division capacity. Really a minor mental error but I need to eliminate them all. At 1:58 I totally f**ked up the round count, I rattled myself a little and messed up the shooting entry position at 2:02. Not being efficient....wasting time...not good! Hopefully weather is good next Saturday for another match at M160. Stay warm!
