I always find it disturbing the sheer lack of remorse, the calmness and the blank affect by such criminals. I agree. Kohberger’s docile & emotionless demeanour, clear inability to display (or even pretend to display) the slightest degree of facial affect and his overinflated, grandiose ego are such significant traits of psychopathy. The “facial punchability” meter is off the charts with this creep

Although most judges demand a respect for the judicial process & maintain a professional level of decorum in their courtroom by prohibiting all forms of emotional outbursts, Kohberger’s lack of emotion and facial expression (other than what appears to be boredom) will be highly scrutinized by everyone throughout his entire trial.- particularly the jury

that wasn't even the dumbest thing he did. he only covered his mouth and his nose, he left behind a witness who saw his distinct eyebrows, his phone was pinged at that location 12 times in the weeks prior to the attack at all hours of the night, it's almost like he was casing the place out. his phone was conveniently turned off an hour or two before the murders took place heading towards the crime scene, so he couldn't be pinged from that time and conveniently turned back on after the crime getting pinged leaving the crime scene, he returned to the crime scene 4 hours later and didn't turn his phone off so he got pinged there that time (oops). his car was seen on a neighborhood surveillance system right before the murders took place driving back and forth at least 3 times as if he was looking for a safe place to park to be far enough away but close enough that he could make a quick escape. yeah this guy is dumb. just more proof that book smarts and education don't mean you're a genius.

I agree everything looks great on the surface, but there is a great deal that seems very suspicious to me about this case. First, why weren't the police called for 8 hours? Second, why did the police wait for 7 weeks to arrest the guy? DNA tests in a lab setting take about a day or two at the most. Finally, does anyone actually think this guy can get a fair trial? It won't be possible, which is a violation of the 6th and 7th amendment of the constitution. The last thing that worries me is that there is a chance that all of the evidence was planted and that there is still a murderer at large. Scary.

What's with DM's silence? I don't get it. There's a lot we don't know here. I am all for justice, but there's a lot of information that seems questionable here. Trace DNA can be placed at crime scenes and doctored within a lab very easily. I just don't get why someone would be interested in doing this. I hope justice is being served correctly here. It seems that everyone on the Moscow PD and in the FBI is 100% certain this guy is guilty. If he is, let him hang, but I am not convinced at this point.

The 4 Young Kids That He Murdered Were Not Being Treated Special ? This Guy is Evil as They Come

@@Westilhaveparis well, the evidence against him listed in the affidavit are circumstantial at best. He doesn't fit the profile imo. The killer is someone who likely lives in that area and whom BK had contact with somehow since he is so passionate about the Field of his study. He probably doesn't know who the killer is exactly, otherwise, he probably had tipped the MPC, but he can certainly assist in catching the killer.
