Icue recently updated for me and now I only have home and dashboard nothing else no murals no lighting controls I just have sensors

Yea for some reason now it only detects pump and coolant temp. NO GPU TEMP OR CPU TEMP

I used iCue when I first built my pc, but after the update, I was unable to use it. I tried uninstalling everything about iCue and reinstalling and it still won’t let me, not even repair the software! Its been like this for months now and found no solution 😩

i recently found out only 2 sensors are showing up now there use to be a bunch before now certain spots on pc feel like they run a little warmer now

Even Up to now, even with the first install fix... MY CORSAIR ICUE 5 WON'T INSTALL!! I can Install the old version but then it only picks up my corsair vengeance ram and harpoon rgb mouse. None of my other PC components show at all. When I try and install iCue 5 normally then the window is literally fully transparent and I can only see it from the taskbar. Corsairs Software is so unrefined its disgusting. It doesn't help that I have 3 AR120 fans from corsair delivering soon.... This is the last purchase I make from this fucking company. Not even the windows CMD install trick works... I still love your video on it Chris, you were really informative on the matter. More than likely it has to do with windows os, try to install in safe mode with networking and once it does reboot into normal windows. No problem I do the best that I can do to help everyone, thanks for watching 🙏

latest version (5.14.93) rendered all my thumb-buttons inoperable, none work no matter what keybind i put, and when i put keybinds for top-buttons like the right-click, they simply stop working at all, it happened when i updated the software, prior to that, i had no issue, it was iCue4-something

Great videos, however, still issues with Icue detecting my Asus Strix B550. I think I watched your videos a dozen times making sure I didn't miss anything and still nothing. Even went into bios. Any help is appreciated!

hey Joe, maybe I can help you.. I had same issues with x570.. >> 1- use the uninstall tool and reboot pc >> 2- install ArmoryCrate but at the end of the installation process: do not let him start the app.. you will see a message like "please restart armory in order to finalize the installation" (should be something like that).. don't do that :) >> 3- open iCue and install Asus Plugin.. and the magic should happen! at least for me it works now! I think not finalizing ArmoryCrate installation (so never open the app at the end of installation) is the key to succeed.. please let me know :)

Can you make a video of helping to actually install it not troubleshooting once you’re in it I’m having a hard time getting past the language selection screen it just stays at 0% and nothing happens. I’ve tried everything please.

i have 3 fans (corsair 3000D) case but my lightning core doesnt even pop up so that i would be able to get to the fans, what can i do then?

Is your lighting core recognized in the device manager? If not, make sure you have power going through the lighting core or have the internal USB properly installed.

my commander core and lighting node pro are detected for software updates but doesn't show anywhere else. What can I do?

Your Corsair file is corrupt, more than likely have to do a new install.

I would do a clean install, most of the time when a uninstall is done, it doesn't completely clean out the files. Make sure that your commander core and lighting node are also getting adequate power.

I dont know why but i cant Unistall or Modify my iCue

I’ve been having an issue trying to reinstall Corsair Icue I deleted everything but it keeps telling me to find the file

What devixss are you trying to have detected? Does iCue recognize the devices

Corsair crashes every time I try to install it can’t even open it. Delete appdata files temp files registries everything. Updated all the drivers windows ran sfs and dism have no applications that could interfere with it. I work in IT n I can’t get this bs to work

Well now the ICUE 5 just dont open at all .

Hey I recently got a new pc and for some reason when my cpu reaches a certain temp (usually around 60 degrees c) my rgb freezes or turns off and then stops detecting my fans, the only fix I have is resetting the pc? They’re Corsairs new QX link fans

What are your specs? Sounds like your system could be bottlenecking somewhere.

@@ChrisMizo i have a ryzen 7 7800X3D, MSI 4090 Suprim, Corsair Dominator 6000mhz. all on an ASUS ROG Strix X670E-F Gaming WIFI mobo. let me know what more info you need

@adambooker205 do you have MSI center open? Make sure the RGBs are disabled on there. If that didn't work, monitor task manager and see if there's a load on your CPU or RAM.

@@ChrisMizo i dont have msi center, i just keep the gpu rgb how it is and use gforce to monitor the gpu i'll have a look at task manager and see how thats looking

@@ChrisMizo what is it i need to be looking out for exactly? in game my cpu is at about 50% and the gpu is at around 98% but when i try start a game the cpu shoots up to 100%

icue 4, my keyboard is missing. Updated to icue 5, my mouse is missing. Absolute garbage.

There's adjustments that need to made with Corsairs software development team.

No problem fan no compatible or program incue

What if it won't let you uninstall lol

Why the f does icue need other software to do what the other softwares already do? 😅 Sounds so bloated. Gpu almost burned up due to Icue not ramping up gpu fans.

spent over 5000£ on my pc and can't play a single game because ICUE crashes ..i9 14900k and nvidia 4090..speechless

Thats ridiculous, I'm doing what I can to contact Corsair on fixing this mess. Hopefully they'll listen, smh.
