At one point he says "they" keep naming kids Walder thinking it'll make him happy, not sure if that's show only or something...he probably didn't name the bastard, the mom probably did hoping to gain favor for the kid.

It makes total sense Walder Frey didn't name any of his kids Walder Frey, as Walder Frey is not trying to suck up to Walder Frey by naming his kid Walder Frey. There's Walder Rivers, but like you said that name was probably given to him by his mother to suck up to Walder Frey. Other than him, do we even see any kids named after their parents in Westeros? In our world that used to be the norm, and while it's less common today it's still not unheard of, but I don't think that's the case in Westeros. A lot of grandsons named after their grandfathers, but no sons named after their fathers as far as I'm aware.

I like Urho the Unwashed as a name, because it sounds very "Free cities" (Say what you want about GRRM's naming scheme, but he is a non-linguist, yet manages for the names to have geography, i.e. certain types of names come from certain parts of the free cities.) Urho is also a Finnish name with a name that means roughly, Brave, Warrior, Hero, Courageous. Something like that.

I realized what was meant by the question using context but yes the question could’ve been worded by using “any” instead of “a”

I assume you go through the questions in more detail after both have played, but so far I'm really missing some discussion about the answers. Perfect example is at 6:30, I as an audience member also want to know why that is the case and it's disappointing that you just skip straight to the next question. Explanations would be very cathartic in that instance.

I think he moved there because his wife had a job contract for 2 years with whatever us government department deals with foreign affairs. Preston said before that the govt don’t keep people in one country for more than two years incase they start to favour that country more than the US.
