Hi, when the condition or the disease of the patient has been established, in that case you will code disease diagnosis and if needed can code Reason for visit as secondary. Let me know if I clarified your doubt, if not please explain your doubt.

Hi I have completed bds ,practicing in this field for 4 years but now planning for switching over to coding field but confused about what to do first.. either directly join course , do exam and get cpc certification and start working (or) join basic training provided for freshers by companies and then try for CPC certification exam ?! (training is not free, have to pay for training it seems)

Hi, if you don't want to spend for training, you can learn the basics by yourself and try in companies... definitely you will get. Also you can try in UAE based coding companies in india for dental coding. High chances of hiring you bcoz of your bds.

Mam I completely b.pharm ..I got a offer as a medical coding trainee from a company but the salary is 11k only after training also the salary can be increase by incentives...is this worth to join in this mam... I'm so confused if you don't mind would you suggest to get a job or else can I move on to the other job?

Hi, For a fresher without certification 11k sounds good. You will get free training and once certified you can move for a better offer. If you get some other good offer than this, then you can opt for that.

Hi, I can relate to your situation. Glad you are able to understand. I would suggest you to take some hints as notes so whenever you look at them, you can recollect before interviews. But believe me, actual job will not involve these memorization. It will be much more practical.

@@swapnilchahande9158 Hi, yes. You can definitely try. Omega is a promising and standard organization and it is a free training so it is beneficial for you. Edit: Hi, I just saw that you are from nagpur. Can you search if there are any coding companies in your state, if there are no opportunities, then you can plan moving to tamilnadu if you are confident and comfortable. Also confirm with them that after training they will provide job immediately or not. Explain to them your relocation and everything. So you don't have to worry about what's next.
