Mam ihave one doubt hear you said pt treated which one that principal DX right .my doubt is pt have both prdx.and sdx. So in this patent recive treatment to primary DX so that time give primary as principal and second one is second code ha ?

Hi, yes. The secondary neoplasm will be coded as sec diagnosis.

Hi mam, I am a pharmacy graduate passed out in 2014.wen I approached few training Institute in coimbatore,they were saying there is an age limit to join as fresher in coding. My age s 31 right nw. Is it possible to join at tis age as fresher and can we try by preparing ourselves. Wat are the things we should learn to join as fresher Or is it better to complete the cpc certification & search for the job. Suggest your idea mam.

Hi, they prefer young people. But you can very well try. There are ppl who joined after 30 yrs. As long as you are ready, go for it. Learn the basic anatomy and physiology and coding guidelines.

Hi, these mostly they are preferring fresh out of college or maximum around 30 years. So I advise you to not spend on trainings. Learn the basics by yourself and try for fresher coding.

Pathologic fracture ,means here it occurs due to disease called neoplasm and this fracture or rupturing bones. Can I know what do mention that specific malignancy in (r)?

Pathological fracture is not only by neoplasm, it can be bone disorders like osteoporosis also for example. You will code the reason that is what is the pathology as secondary diagnosis

Hi, there is no HCC in the UAE. But you can consider that experience and search jobs.

Hi, yes. Google panalam. Sila companies la coding search engines irukum, sila coding tools, adulayum search panalam. Sila companies will not give access to Google. Mostly all companies will have coding search tools.

Hi, training from home is there. So many training institutes provide online training. Work from home is available in few organizations only. You should search for that.
