We are a world of sovereign nations those with their own judicial system are not beholden to the ICC and nor should they. We are not one world government and we will never be. Israel has arrested and convicted their own citizens for war crimes so there is zero jurisdiction for icc. If you think some panel of judges who are trying to destroy the concept of sovereign nations as control over functional governments than they are basically the rulers of the world. I don’t agree with that and if you have a Love for your country you shouldn’t either.

You've missed the fact that the ICC has formal jurisdiction [also] over the palestinian territories. Wow I have been saying for years that the ICC don’t ever judge western politicians or their allies, how on Earth no one was held accountable for bombing Japan ( mostly civilians ) with nuclear bombs ? Why they did not judge Blair and Bush for purposely destroying Irak under false claims of nuclear weapons ? What about Vietnam and Algeria war crimes perpetrated by France and the US ?? It has to change and I hope this court sends a strong message by making an exemple out of Netanyahu : international laws apply to every country out there !
