I think complicity would be part of the ICJ case, because it is about states. The ICC prosecutes individuals for criminal acts. They could in theory seek a warrant for Biden, but i doubt there is enough evidence for that.

And those who were abroad for the holiday, or whatever reason, connected with other reservists close to them and anyone and everyone who could help mobilize them and get them in the air, did. The other thing is his apparent attempt to place the onus primarily on Hamas - he's indicted three Hamas leaders but only two Israeli leaders and strangely he is seeking the arrest Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the group’s political bureau, who - according to most accounts was not involved in the planning and execution of the Hamas attacks of October 7th. Meanwhile he has not sought the arrest of either Israel's President Isaac Herzog or the Israeli Chief of Staff or any of the commanding officers involved in Israel's Gaza onslaught since October 7th - nor for that matter other key decision makers in Israel's war cabinet like Benny Gantz ,Gadi Eizenkot and others.

Absolutely ridiculous comment. For a start, the application for warrants of some crimes now doesn't preclude others later. That more Hamas affiliated individuals are currently sought than Israeli means nothing in terms of political bias. It depends on what evidence they have and have acces to, what they are able to prove with that evidence, and who takes priority that woudl potentially stop further crimes from happening with the resources the Court has (not many). The fact that you judge the validity of INDIVIDUAL CRIMES by comparison to who else may have been sought after is doing so for purely political means, which the court cannot do.

@@MRandomCommenterGuy There is a lot of bothsidesism that Karim Khan is doing and the point that he is doing this is because he's looking and seeing there is a genocide that Israel's perpetrating - a genocide that Israel's been very open about perpetrating with over 35,000 Palestinians killed, mass starvation, 15,000 children dead and, in order to balance it out, he has to make it seem as though he's addressing both sides but, if we want to be honest, we should be looking at what it is that the Israeli government has been doing in the orders that it has issued to its soldiers - orders to carry out a genocide. If this court is to have any credibility it should be going after the all the people in the War Cabinet and on the ground in Gaza who are committing genocide rather than just simply trying to play this game of bothsideism.

That does not mean that anybody in the Israeli government can be successfully tried and prosecured for genocide. The law shoudn't be going after who you individually determine is most worthy of being in the docket. It should be going after those who it can feasably prosecute under its mandate - which is exactly what it is doing. The court has credibility, but yuor puritan mindseat strips it away even though it is acting in the interests of humanity to the best ability that it can. Or do you just not think that Hamas leaders are feasibly guilty of international crimes and that's why you're upset?

Three of his innocent children and four of his grand children were killed in the Israel airstrikes in Shati village. In justice, the ICC should issue an arrest warrant to secretory Blinken who visited Israel more than 10 times and directly joined the act of genocide in Gaza. According to reliable sources he promised unwavering support for Israel and positively he supported the siege in Gaza and the ethnic cleansing.

- 450 Palestinian villages were destroyed by the Colonialist Zio’nists to setup Isriael, 70 years ago. - For last 70 years the criminal settlers kept pushing Palestinian people out till half of them left and the remaining half were pushed into congested areas like Gaza. - Hundreds of civilians killed by Isriael every year. - 30 children killed by Isriael in 2022. - 200 civilians killed by Isriael in 2023, before the current conflict.
