I discovered the mind IBS connection quite some time back. On those rare occasions when I felt happy, my IBS would disappear but again come back. I had a difficult childhood and faced a lot of trauma. It is still there inside me and not getting out. What you are saying here therefore makes a lot of sense. I wish we could develop this into some kind of program that will help people release their negative emotions and correct their thought process. It would be so good to see people suffering from this terrible affliction walk out free, happy and healthy.
