1/4cup - Almond
11/2cup - Lotus Seeds
1/2cup - Poha
2-3 cup - Milk
2ts - Clarified Butter
5-6 - Cash
1-2tbs - Raisins
1 pinch - Saffron
2ts - Stevia (sugar free substitute)
1/2ts - Green Cardamom Powder

I never add stevia. Stevia gives some unhealthy side effects. You have added raisins and if you add dates then you don’t have to add any sweetener. But I have liked your process.
