✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Milk (दूध) - 1.5 Litre
* Saffron (केसर) - Some
* Sugar (चीनी) - 6 Tbsp
* Bread (ब्रेड) - 10 Pieces
* Dry Fruits (सूखे मेवे) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take some White Bread Slices & cut their edges. Then cut them into pieces. Then keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame, put some Water and milk & let it come to boil first. When the Milk starts boiling then add Sugar. Cook until it becomes half from its initial stage. Add Saffron Milk and fresh Malai. Mix well & keep for cooling down. Take a tray & spread some thick Milk mixture/Rabdi and place Bread Slice pieces evenly. Next, put Milk & spread thick Milk/Rabdi. Repeat the process twice. Cover it with clean wrap/silver foil and keep overnight to set completely. At last garnish with chopped Dry Fruits & then cut it into pieces. Serve amazing Kalakand & enjoy! In this way, homemade Bread Kalakand/Bread Pudding will get ready easily.
