Me abhi tak wohi use kar raha hoon... Keyboard ke battery abhi tak change nahi kara... but mouse ka already 2 times change ho gaya h..

@@rishikeshdeshmukh3206 keys of keyboard no doubt very good, stil no problem. To be honest, im facing some issue with the left click of mouse from last week. Some times i have click it twice. Nothing else. Overall very good product. 👍

Bro I need your help I had bought iBall Magical Duo 2 Wireless Deskset - Keyboard and Mouse at AMAZON on 4th October 2019 AT PRICE OF 799 RUPEES AND REFUNDED and received the product and I received 200 RUPEES CASHBACK as I had done a market on more shop with Amazon pay to unlock my 200 cash back and I used it now and I had now buy the product at an effective price of 599 as I received my 200 cash back to my Amazon pay balance and I felt very happy after a day I had found that the keyboard doses not having one side screw correctly and it is some what coming out, I mean it is not screwed well as a result the keyboard have a small gaps in one side and I had put a replacement order for it and i got a new one on 13th October 2019 and I have gave them my old one on the same day they gave the new one and now the real problem I have found today on 17th October 2019 that the functional keys are having a problem that the F1 key shows the music and F2 key shows volume decrease and F3 key shows that volume increase and F4 shows volume(X) quit and F5 shows before song and F6 shows next song and F7 shows paly / pause and F8 shows a small box and F9 shows home like symbol and F10 shows a message symbol and F11 shows a computer symbol and F12 shows a 🌟 symbol AND NOW I STRAIGHTLY COME TO THE MAIN PROBLEM............ the main problem is when I connected USB receiver to my computer and had checked by playing a song that from F1 to F7 are not working at all and from F8 to F10 are working wrongly that. F8 key behaves like F2 (by volume decrease) and F9 is behaving like F3 ( by volume increase ) and.F10 is Behaving like ( volume(X) quit) and that's it all other keys are functioning well like print screen, scroll Lock, pause break, insert, home, pageup, delete, End pagedown etc. at present I asked amazon to replace new one another time but they told me that they will only replace for only one time and then the second time they will refund the money and the real problem is WHAT TO DO ??????????????????? TO REFUND MY MONEY MEANS THEY SAID THAT I WILL ONLY GET 599 rupees and the other 200 they will not give they said . now my humble request is PLEASE CHECK WHETHER YOU ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM OR NOT IL MEAN Functional keys so that I will place a refund order so that atleast I will get my money. Please give me reply after you have checked the keyboard and give me a fast reply . because they had said that upto 23rd October 2019 I have a chance to put a refund order . SO PLEASE GIVE ME A FAST REPLY. AND A VERY THANKS TO YOU FOR READING MY WHOLE PAINFUL PROBLEM.

Bro... My keyboard is working absolutely fine... I would like to suggest you kindly check in the keyboard you'll find a *FN* key press F1+FN Together then it will be work fine. If you still have same problem then you can return it..
