India needs more people like Gaurav Aggarwal; and hopefully, he will save himself from the present corrupt bureaucratic environment. Many good people join government services but are unable to resist, overcome or correct the corrupting influences; many a times due to communal, regional or familial conflicts of interest.

I am really a fan of Mr Gaurav Agarwal Sir. So i watched the video accordingly skipping everything else but the speeches by him. Hence i listened him as:::--- The first 35 minutes of his experiences then , his 4 minutes advice from 51:00 to the exam qualifiers.
It was good interactin with Gourav and other toppers there. I wish all new topper best wishes and hope with Gourav that he start his blog again. I am crazy fan of his blog. He should take some time for his hobby also. :)

He chose that lifestyle , as he said he wanted to give justice to people to be in that position , while listening his speech get to know he is happy whatever he is doing, thatswhy he chose to be IAS officer instead of investment banker.

why IAS? now i know the answer no electricicty no water no ac 55 degree temperature because of global warming..can be posted anywhere everywhere...it is to serve the people and help them selflessly and often at your own cost.
