Arunachal has no state board of education it is all managed under central i.e cbse and a lot of Kendriya Vidyalaya, VKV etc. Hence the super good Hindi

@@TopGvishal northeast Indians aren't ethnically same as North India/South India. That's why they call rest of India as 'mainland'.

There are reasons why they did not learn hindi Missionaries were very active and they learned English
