A native son of Wyoming, Ian Munsick is painting a stampeding, spirited portrait of the American West with his sophomore album White Buffalo, out now. The 18-track album spans unfiltered tales of romance and ranch life, hard-working anthems with honkytonk hooks and mountain-time odes to family and forever-young fun. Watched this video so many times. Listen to his Pandora station as well. The mainstream country stations are missing a gem in Ian Munsick. I grew up on 90s country and listen to lyrics. The stripped versions of his songs are the best!

First saw him at CCMF last year, very impressed. Then delighted to see him open for Morgan and a couple days ago acoustic show in SC. His songs are unique and grow on you. Radio needs to play more diverse artists like this. Might have to see him again soon! And yes, been to WY many times: Tetons, Yellowstone and Cheyenne rodeo.
