When Souness went to work for Irish TV it was eye-opening. We all had this wrong image of him as a bit anti Irish because he was ex rangers n proud of it.....but he was such an amazing pundit....very fair, frank and so insightful...that he quickly won the hearts of the nation... He also was amazed with what he could get away with saying on Irish TV which was more free flowing than in the beeb or itv. I also remember him as the only pundit to question the trappatoni appointment for Ireland. Dunphy as usual jumped on the bandwagon much later. Great guest n very touching in the end

As a Rangers fan I could be called biased however the thing about Souness is, he’s consistent, he has thought about his ideas and opinions and you know where you stand with him. His recent work with that little girl Isla and the charity overall is commendable. Souness could take the hardest of tackles but that little girl breaks him in two every time he talks to her. Great interview, great man.

Fascinating, well done to you, Simon and Graeme.👏 However, it was way too short. For my liking. Simon, maybe you could schedule another episode with Graeme at some point? He has a very storied career. More details on his playing days and those that played alongside him. And also more information about his challenges as a manager, would be interesting and justified. Graeme, if you happen to read these comments, I urge you to try and stay in football media. I’ve always found you interesting and value your opinions. Please don’t disappear! I was a kid in the 70s and like all my mates could be seen walking around with a fistful of Panini cards and your moustachioed Face was always one that I remember. And all the great achievements of the Liverpool sides of that era, going into the early 80s. Well done Graeme.👍

I watched many games when he was manager and despite the sun story, always supported him. He did inherit an ageing team though contrary to what he said, the team won the league in 1990 and he joined April 1991, and at the time were challenging for the league. He always admitted he made too many changes but people do forget he did also bring through some very good young players. A legend in every sense!

Brilliant interview from start to finish. The last 5 minutes discussing the charity is amazing to see the bond this has given both men.

As a life long United supporter I used to love watching Graham Souness bossing middle of the pitch..didn't enjoy being beaten by Liverpool but kind of admired his tenacity to win like Roy Keane. But I'm now in total awe of him learning about the Charitable Contribution he is making for this worthy cause.Respected as a top notch footballer but even more so for his compassion for these poor young children!!!!

As a Celtic always disliked Sounness for obvious reasons but you cant help but respect the man. Love his views on modern day football and his no nonsense approach.

One of the legends of the game from an era of legends. He's a great talker, very interesting. Unfortunately the interviewer butted in slightly too much, I wonder if he styles his technique on piers Morgan, maybe souness and Jordan are too pally. Very watchable interview all the same....souness done him at the end which was enjoyable 😉

mr jordan divides opinion on many topics ,for many people, but love him or hate him, you cant ignore him, and mr souness is also that sort of guy. As a united fan i hated souness but wouldve loved him to play for us. proper player. Great interview.
