I played this deck at my weekly right after watching this Vid. Im not the biggest fan of Benny 2 tubes, so i swapped it for R2D2. It always got resourced unless i didnt have another turn one play. I played against green Krennic, green Boba, and red leia, 2-0'ing each one. The closest mathcup was against boba where i won both games on my 6 resource turn with just enough damage. The feedback I received from everyone was how fast and efficient the deck was.

Hi there, super good job! I was thinking about 2x Mace Windu in SD. Additionally R2,D2 would be very useful for helping you find faster the Rebel For a cause mechanic. Further to this 4 HP is very good and you could probably have enough chances for playing medal ceremony and heroic sacrifice on it.

Personnaly i cut the Guerilla attack pod to put the 4/1 space unit and cut 2 dodonna for rebel assaut. Same cost as For a cause (1+2) and it outraces leia MU. Althought there's an argument that could be made to have it in the sideboard !

Been testing with the r2d2s and saw instead of dodonna and benthic two tubes and its really great the filtering is nice to get something you dont want off the top of the deck and saw helps with those pesky event heavy decks. Having the 5 non heroism cards has not affected the for a cause i believe in in my experience

FACIBI drops from an average damage of 3.755 to 3.020 if you were to go from 3 to 12 non-heroic aspect cards in your deck. Will that ~1 damage make a difference in most games? Even if so, would it make more sense to get 1 extra damage earlier by upgrading alliance x-wing/pathfinder to Partisan Insurgent & Wolffe? Will you be able to recover that 1 extra damage earlier via Fighters for Freedom? I think the risk of a worse FACIBI is worth the benefits of a stronger deck throughout- it seems like you can make up the lost damage in other ways

How well did your deck play after you made the changes?

Do you have tips on building a sideboard and also what to normally swap out once you sideboard?

I think to build a sideboard, you should think about what matchups you might want help in and what cards would help to counter those matchups. For instance, Wolffe is a card that counters healing, so if I am having trouble with Vigilance decks that heal a lot he might be a good pick. Conversely, if I want stuff that helps in an aggro race the third copy of Dodonna is a good idea. Typically you swap out cards that aren't relevant in the matchup. For instance, Guerilla Attack Pod is too slow for aggro races so that might be a card I would swap for Dodonna.

Do you have opinions on Black One or Windu as alternatives to the Pod?

I would advise against. The point of the deck is to outrace and have constant agression. Making the control matchup almost a piece of cake Windu or mace seems more fitting in a midrange shell

I gonna agree with Scott further up in the comments. This deck is fun and all but I just can’t beat a experienced Bobba player with it with anything REMOTELY near the word “consistently”😆 I consider every win I get in that matchup a boon… and 2-0 bobba?? I don’t understand how you do it. U got any tips? I feel the deck needs a few cards it just doesn’t have. But I can’t pinpoint which ones 😅

I have played this deck countless times with friends against Boba and i just don't see how everyone 2-0's boba. i can barely beat him like maaaaybe 30% of the time. i dunno i guess i'm bad lol. I have FACIBI and i go with Partisan over rebel sab's
