Delicious Turkish rolls. A quick and incredibly tasty recipe. Anyone who has flour, water, 1 egg and milk can cook. Healthy and incredibly tasty. I've never had such a delicious recipe! A simple recipe for buns that you can bake every day. Delicious rolls according to my Turkish friend's recipe. A simple recipe that you and your family will love. Simple and incredibly tasty.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
220 ml of warm milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Stir again.
1 egg.
40 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 450 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix everything together.
Add another 150 g of wheat flour.
Mix with a spatula.
Flour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes.
The dough rose well. Airy and very soft.
Knead the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 16 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of cottage cheese.
Form the buns.
Make the cuts.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
You can add any toppings you like.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool completely.
The buns turned out soft, airy and incredibly tasty!
