I miss him terribly. The game industry could really use him. And I would’ve gotten so much joy out of hearing him tear apart F76

This classic has become relevant once more given recent events with Starfield. Thanks again John for the energy you gave this space, you are missed.

Why is there only a few comments on this video? 453,000+ views at the time of writing and only six comments? Something is afoot. Rest in peace, good sir.

I think it's because when this video was uploaded he had comments blocked, when he died I think all the comment sections in his videos got unlocked.

Confirming what MartGameFails said-TB turned comments off on his videos several years prior to his death, and sometime after his passing his wife turned them back on. TB had a long-running struggle with handling comments, even well-intentioned ones, so he ultimately turned them off. I’m oversimplifying but yeah

I just can't get enough of the times when TB was purely about consumers and kept out of the political game. He was really good at it.

A shame that you would go against all of what TB fought for, protecting consumer's rights and keeping corporations in check, simply because he was politically opposed to you. It's why this divisiveness, something Bethesda uses as he points out in 2:58 here on this video, is also applicable to your very own comment as it pretty much highlights how much you are willing to betray in order to have *'your'* Party's favoured candidate rule over America, "Better to have a terrible Republican than a filthy Democrat" indeed as some of the less savoury types of Americans would put it! ;)

@@MasterLPG It is almost impressive how many assumptions you can make in order to see something negative in that comment. He might have merely been burnt out on politics and wanted to keep the political content seperated from the gaming content. Then assuming he's American as well as assuming he's Republican, unless has changed his name since, I see no reason to do so. Don't assume the worst in people so easily.

Do you guys seriously think "left" wing politicians are different from "rights"? Don't let them fool you, enjoy your life and don't bother about these two wings of the one disgusting bird. There's no political solution.
