If he were here... It'd go like this...: FUCK!!!!... (That sums up everything even up until this point 2022... I know I'm late...but still this DMCA claims still goes on... And I'll tell you what I've been a fan for many years...but never had an official account...until sometime last year...and anyway... Everything of society still is in degrade and so forth...I know I'm not him but that's just how Total Biscuit is.... Even Necroscope86 as much as he didn't care for swearing he respected T.B. and A.V.G.N. = Angry Video Game Nerd... And yeah will this video still applies...Ask Angry Joe... He'll tell you...that's if you don't believe me about the Copyright system...)

TILOfficialYT oh. Damn I didnt know that. I am not very active on KZread so I dont know all the storys and I just found the channel like some weeks ago and really got into his style. Now thats shitty seeing such a good nice creator bite the dust while others who are way worse continue to grow and make fun of him (saw some other videos on the topic, fuck twitter seriously)

@@koetimoep Well defintely check out his other video's dude. Especially these kinds,I always liked these the best, where he just talked about any subject for an extended period of time. Again Genna if you come across any of this my condolences are with you guys, hope you're well....

It's very sad right now how I cant listen to any of TB's videos without crying... He was a big part of my life after graduation and I still miss him a lot.

Miss you TB!! These were always my favorite videos from him where he would just talk about a topic for an extended period of time... My thoughts and prayers are still with Genna and his family.

Man, I havnt been a biscuit video on my recommended feed in a while. It feels weird to think that I will never hear another new video from him ever again. I hope he knew he made the world a better place by putting these shitty people in the spotlight. Miss you tb

I have no idea if anyone will see this comment, but copyright claims don't just come from dodgy game developers. They also come from music and movie license holders, such as Warner Chappel, which recently claimed over 400 videos on Mumbo Jumbo's Minecraft channel, which has over 3 million subscribers, for just 4 seconds of audio used in the introduction of every one of his videos! Miracle of Sound has also had entire videos claimed by third parties over music that was Miracle of Sound's own creation. In both cases, these are fraudulent claims that aren't used to silence criticism, but rather leech off the hard work of these creators in order to make a fast buck. KZread's copyright system is so broken that it essentially encourages thieves to destroy the livelihoods of anyone hoping to make any kind of profit off of KZread through ad revenue, while daring the affected channels to appeal the claim and cop a strike from the claimant. Now, obviously this is a different line of discussion in that the offending companies in my examples aren't looking to silence channels, but it's still an abuse of the system, an infringement of the channels' right to earn a living doing what should count as their legally protected job and another instance of companies taking advantage of the fact that copyright law hasn't fully caught up with modern technology. I would love to see these music industry giants take a serious financial hit for what they do to content creators on KZread, especially the ones that hire personnel under different company names with the explicit purpose of filing these contentID claims manually on the parent company's behalf. Fuck these people! (Also, fuck whatever glitch in this system that adds an extra line of space between my paragraphs and forces me to go back and edit my posts. Twice.)

The Warner Chappel claims against Oli were actually legitimate. The composer of his intro music had sampled music owned by Warner Chappel without permission. Oli was just caught in the crossfire of someone else's screwup.

*sigh* I miss this guy... :/

If censorship is possible, abusers WILL be abuse it.

Lets remember this: Devs who see criticism as “insulting” thinks copyright law defend against them. For the day-one, one person was acting out of line. Let’s not forget Alex Thomas Mauer incident with false DMCA over music.

Weird having the comments back on again. They're all scatter and can create tribes of their own. Maybe we start should claiming videos and have them be tribes/clans to talk about topics that are not all related to the video. People barely come and so the community is always small Just an idea
