I cried as well. The emotion Chase was feeling was palpable and mirrored my own when I first (and still) listened. Beautiful job.

Unlike a lot of other reaction channels, Chase doesn't just listen to music, he doesn't just analyse it.. he FEELS it. You can see his mind run a mile a minute as he takes in every ounce. And even when he's rendered speechless, manages to eloquently put thoughts into words that really describe the musical art and why it means so much to him. Watching your joyful experience of music, also brings me joy.

I have been trying to figure out how to explain what this album means to me. This is a great way to put it. I will remember this forever. Music is so powerful.

The line “i don’t know what’s got it’s teeth in me but I’m about to bite back in anger” paints the most epic scene in my mind. So powerful. This song breaks me every time even after fifty listens I cannnnnnot wait to see how your experience Euclid. Hugs and worship brother.

I've mentioned this on a few other reaction channels, but it's my personal belief that the "deathcore" breakdown at the very end of the song is Vessel "bit[ing] back in anger."

While my friends and family enjoy music, they mostly don't get moved by it like I do. I'll listen to something like this and be reduced to tears, and while they'll agree it's an amazing song, they enjoy it as 'just' a song. Seeing you react in the same way I did fills me with such joy, because it means I'm not alone.

@@TaerTech In what way? Lyrics or how the song is constructed? Because I could see arguements for both. Specifically the song structure for Ascensionism for some people is preferable like it is for me, because the song feels like it switches between the genres smoother. This song has A LOT of pauses between the different styles and doesn't smooth them over nearly as much as Ascensionism. Also the Piano is Ascensionism in the beginning is just fantastic and my favorite stuff from Sleep Token tends to be when they heavily incorporate Piano. Plus TMBTE has a fadeout which a lot of people dont like (I don't mind at all), which personally while I don't mind a fadeout I prefer the hard cut that Ascensionism has. I just don't think the can be that objective towards which is a better song, it is quite subjective especially in a song that has the exact same sound but still does a lot of stuff differently.

Saw this comment in a couple reaction videos. The lyric at the end ‘we were tangled up like branches in a flood’ is both at the start of chokehold and end of Eden.

The only problem I had with this album was the structure of most of there sounds was somewhat simular and the song DYWTYLM was C tier at best. Other than that, incredible album, one of my all time favorites at this point! Loved it!

I’ve never cried from something being beautiful until Euclid and take me back to Eden. I spent the past two days at a festival and this band has actually killed off most other music for me. I’m so obsessed that nothing else makes me feel the way sleep token does. I’d rather zone out thinking about them than be present at live shows and it makes me sad. I bought a piano because of them. At 30 years old, I plan on my first tattoo being the logo. It’s unexplainable how impactful they are to me as a hopeless romantic with a hard time finding true love in the purest form. They’re the best music for my soul. My heart is overwhelmed.

To put a finer point on the idea that Sleep Token has helped us, I almost died last night at my job. After reflecting and regrouping I had TPWBYT in my ears and it was healing and introspective to say the least. It calmed my heart and helped me process and appreciate that I was still here. We joke in the oil field and always say, “Its a good day to die.” It’s morbid, I know, but it’s reality because we work around life-ending equipment all day, everyday. I would like to flip that and say - It’s a good day to be alive. Oh and the song playing was Missing Limbs. If you know the oil field dangers, that’s probably what I dodged last night. Blessings;)

Pleeeeease go through the rest of the album because I think that this is one of the best albums ever made. And that's coming from a new Sleep Token fan with 20+ years experience of rock/metal and not just a fanboy.

I get both perspectives. It’s so unique to what we hear today and so different that the contrast is so incredibly stark. They blend genres and create this beautiful story that captivates and takes over a listeners thoughts while listening. On the other hand, I also understand that this isn’t the greatest music of all time. At least not yet. You are talking about comparing them to bands and artists like Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Prince, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, Metallica, and so many other historic bands that have crossed musics boundaries and forced the industry of music to change because of their presence and impact. I can see Sleep Token having that impact, but it takes time to build that level of cult following and industry recognition that they actually have to change to match what you’re doing. I see the potential, but I just think it’s a little too early still. Amazing though!!

My dude, I only discovered your channel yesterday as I was chasing through TMBTE reactions after having recorded my own video. You have a powerful sincerity which is utterly brilliant. I find myself hanging on every word which is really incredible, especially in this modern day of short attention spans. Bravo! I have subscribed for more ❤️

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Sleep Token a few months back. I haven't been this excited about music in over a decade and it feels so good to have a passion again. Every single one of these tracks on this album has a special place in my heart.

I had an episode that caused my nervous system to lose sync and cause mental and physical disassociation. This song crossed my spotify the next day and I thought it would be a calm song from one of my fave bands. It literally untied all the knots and helped me resync and come back to myself, something that usually takes weeks sometimes. I was so happy you chose to react to to this because your reactions showed me jist how much this song can affect a person and made me feel so much more valid in my beliefs that music can help when almost nothing else leads back to a sense of self in those moments when we forget our personal normality. You said this makes you process feel, but I respectfully think it's remembering how to feel. The dancing when nobody is in the room. This music (if you really listen) will take you to such a special place that is only yours - yet everyone's. Magic.

This is the best song of the year, any genre, for me. No question.

I have just completed the hardest year of my career ever. I teach high school in the US, science if curious, and this past few have been tough but this one was by far the worst yet. I discovered sleep token last year and, through them, your channel. I couldn't agree with you any more on your point about music making any situation possible to handle and I am so happy I decided to watch this today because your words were what I needed to hear. Too often people in my profession are just expected to take the disrespect, low income, long hours, and unpaid overtime with a smile. I haven't felt happy in awhile and I have actually described it like my whole world seems grayed out. When you said, "...and they've put color back into my world." I felt that at my core. So thank you. For caring about music and people and always being real. For sharing your true self and for trying to always be a positive example. It truly is a masterpiece

I have this ongoing internal battle for a while now, there's a part of me that wants to scream from the cliffs so that Sleep Token can explode as they should... and then the selfish part of me wants to keep them to myself (and ourselves) because we would somehow love them more since we were here first - a silly notion. The more I hear them, the more I dig back into their earlier material, the more I'm believing that to fully WORSHIP Sleep Token is to share them with people you love - and if they feel even a hint of what we do right now... I would be foolish to keep that all to myself. Thank you, Chase... You put so eloquently and enthusiastically what we're all feeling 🙌

Like you have said before, magic is real and we are all blessed to be here to share this experience together.

One of the reasons I love this band rn is they have raised the bar of music in my opinion. I found them 4 days ago. I can't even tell you how hopeful this makes me feel for art. I was worried it the rawness was going away, but nah. This is ethereal, melodic, catchy, beautiful, dark, emotional on multiple wavelengths. I am so glad they exist. They did a beautiful job.
