I'm a Cameroonian and proud to be. I'm proud of my brother, he's become like a big symbol to us here. I see people in the comments surprised at his story but it's the reality and quite routine here. He made it out, so many die trying to cross the deserts, the ocean etc going for greener pastures, because here the option are more than gloom, most people can't even afford to eat once in two days, no government programs , no jobs damn!!! we don't even have drugs to sell😂😂. Sometimes I see people in Europe and especially complain about their lives with the opportunities they got and just wonder. More than, 70% of youths in this country will be more than happy go America and wash corpses literally, as he said all we want is opportunity and we will grasp it with our lives, because we know what it is like where we from, anything that will guarantee us a meal a day and we're in there.

For those that don't understand why Francis wants his next fight to be in the Boxing world (most likely vs Fury), read this, * Francis's LAST UFC FIGHT (where he defended his Heavyweight belt) = he made $650 thousand * Dillian Whyte's (good fighter but not as marketable / popular as Francis) last fight = $7.4 million Francis's contract with the UFC ends soon and he will be a free agent at the end of this year. Even though UFC want to negotiate a new contract with Francis, they don't want to pay even a fraction of what Francis could make in a boxing fight. Francis knows this as well, he knows his worth, he wants to stay with the UFC but not be paid & treated the way he has.

Incredible athlete and fighter! Incredible story and man very inspirational, very dominant ufc/MMA fighter. However in a stand up boxing match with either traditional boxing gloves or MMA gloves he will get taken to school by fury in a very very brutal manner. If the pay day is worth it then do it but if not leave that well alone mate

I feel like Tyson giving Francis a fight, is only for Francis to have a pay day, Tyson knows Francis was done dirty by the UFC.

How was he done dirty? How did you even hear the name Francis ngannou? Are you a fan of random African fighting leagues? No... You're a UFC fan boy and you know of him because Dana White made him. So how was he done dirty? The guy sucks at fighting. Big and African doesn't mean good fighter.

That's because in the 'entertainment' industry/ combat sports- the big characters and exciting fighters get the big money, fans, good contracts and sell out arenas etc, and alot basically puts on a bit of an act to do that which is why this man doesn't sell well/ ppv, humble and reserved doesn't sell well, it's a shame really as I'm just happy to watch the best fight the best most of the time but Dana doesn't need him as he'll probably lose money on Francis.
