Original Song: Bee Gees - Too Much Heaven (Official Video)
I've been living in Japan for 5 years, and realized i fell off of the music scene hard. So this is how I'm gonna get back on. I decided to do the most low down dirty ish I could think of, reaction videos. Let's react to Bee Gees - Too Much Heaven (Official Video). And document the whole thing. Reaction video style!
I Invite you to react to my reaction of Bee Gees - Too Much Heaven (Official Video).
Then Have your friends react to you reacting to me reacting to Bee Gees - Too Much Heaven (Official Video).
Then have your... you get the idea. Reaction videos are so dumb 😂

Friend, listening to the Bee Gees is a direct trip to paradise, at that time they were the biggest headache for men, women simply melted for them, this video was recorded live in 1 take without arrangements of any kind only the orchestra and a microphone for the 3, plus the rights were given away in perpetuity for UNICEF, something never done by any singer and it has raised more than 12 million dollars. The record labels wanted to sink them because the song they released was inevitably number 1, the harmonies. What these 3 brothers did was and will be unique, they were capable of harmonizing with any rhythm they made, they were and will forever be geniuses, in addition to all of the above, they wrote songs for other famous singers. Talking about the Bee Gees is talking about talent, simply unique at 43 years old. Since I heard them as a child until today I think they are the best male group that exists.

The one brother in the middle Barry is 3 years older than the other two. The other 2 Robin and Morrice are twins. The started writing and singing when Barry was 9, and the twins were 6. I'm 70 and have been in love with them since 1967. 🥰🥰🥰 There was another brother Andy who had a very successful career solo. He passed away at age 30 due to drug abuse and heart problems. The twins have also passed away. 😢 Barry the oldest, is the last one standing! Love to the family!

Their father played and their mother sang, and their home was always full of music. Barry was 8 when his father brought home a tv (even though he couldn’t pay the rent), and Barry saw a local pop star with a guitar sing a little song he had written, and Barry pointed at the tv and announced, “That’s what I’m going to do when I grow up!” The 5 year old twins asked if they could be pop stars, too, and Barry said yes.... and Barry was the big brother and he knew everything! They started rehearsing and looking for and audience on street corners, the school yard, and anywhere there were people. The family moved to Australia hoping for work for their father and to keep the boys out of reform school. At ages 12 and 9 they were “discovered” and started working professionally, and soon dropped out of school and became the family’s financial support. They had a dream that they had to make come true. They were “national tv stars” both lots of videos from 1960 - 1967. They returned to England and were signed by the same agency as the Beatles. Please react to TO LOVE SOMEBODY - the 1967 black and white tv appearance.

The Bee Gees, (Brothers Gibb), were on FIRE in the 70s. If you haven't already, listen to Jive Talkin', Nights on Broadway, How Deep is Your Love, and going back years earlier, To Love Somebody, and Massachusetts. Older brother Barry, the lead, is still living. The other two, Maurice and Robin passed on many years ago. There was also a younger brother Andy who also found success as a singer in the 70s. His biggest songs were, I Just Want to Be Your Everything, Love is Thicker Than Water, and Shadow Dancing. He hosted a variety show with Marilyn McCoo called "Solid Gold" in the early 80s. Sadly, he passed away in 1988 just after his 30th birthday. RIP to Maurice, Robin, and Andy.

Actually you'll find Barry spent most of his childhood in the British Isles and the twins were already 9 when they left for Australia in 1958. All three weren't born in England. They were born on the Isle of Man which isn't part of England or the UK for that matter. It's a British Crown Dependency and people there have automatic British citizenship. Their family are English coming from Manchester.

R&B was the Brother's favorite genre, but the record companies wouldn't allow them to sing R&B because of being white. All the brothers had high registers but NOBODY could do falsetto like Barry! Amazingly, he found his falsetto by accident! They started out singing at home together at like 8 for Barry and 5 for the twins, and never stopped for the next 60+ years... They are all three brothers - but the two on the sides are twins.

Is anyone going to comment that the man singing in this clip, Barry Gibb, is also the one singing "Stayin Alive"? Trivia. Barry was close friends with Michael Jackson. Just before his trial Michael would stay at Barry's place to hide from everyone. Michael didn't even know who his friends were any more. They would watch the news of people hanging out at Jackson's hotel when he never stayed there. They would get drunk on wine and Michael would pass out on the floor. Barry had to, eventually, ask Michael to leave as it was imposing on his family life. Barry named one of his sons after Michael who was also the child's godfather.

Men are able to sing in two levels. There is their normal singing voice but then they are able to access a higher sound with what is called falsetto--a method of voice production used by male singers, especially tenors, to sing notes higher than their normal range. The Bee Gees were masters of this, particularly Barry.

They had no training at all! No autotune either. There are 4 brothers and one sister. All but Leslie and Barry have passed away..Robin & Maurice (Mo) were fraternal twins. Andy was the baby, then Maurice, then Robin, then Barry and the oldest is Leslie. They passed from youngest up, so far. Everyone else has filled you in the rest of the comments (I believe). Don't forget to listen their earlier music and most recent music as well as songs they've written for other famous artists... their's even a duet with Michael Jackson and Barry. Don't forget to check out baby brother, Andy. They've also had independent albums that deserve listening too as well. This is a deep rabbit hole..6 - 7 decades of music and pure talent

The Great Quincy Jones said the Bee Gees " FANNY, Be Tender with my love" is one of the best R&B songs he ever heard. Check it out.

There were actually four brothers. Barry was the oldest followed by Robin and Maurice who were twins. Andy was the youngest brother but he was never part of the Bee Gees. He had a pretty good solo career but he died at age 30. All of the brothers battled substance and alcohol abuse. While none of them died of an over dose, their lifestyle and vices contributed to their deaths. So much talent!

They are all brothers, Barry in the middle is the oldest and The only one left alive. The two on the outside ore fraternal twins. Barry has a fantastic range, he has a love chest voice, check out Nights on Broadway ( the midnight special version) or the 1967 version of to Love somebody. He didn’t know he could sing in Falsetto until mid 70’s. They had a recording career spanning from 1958 ( as kids) through the 2000’s, after Mo ( Maurice--pronounced Morris) died. They have written over. 1,000 songs not only for themselves, but for others as well. Many of their songs have been covered as well by other artist pts as well as sampled by others. Fantastic singers and truly nice people too. They sound the same live as recorded. Their concerts were great! They are really funny too! Check out also, How Deep is your Love.😎

The Brothers Gibb - BGs. That’s why their voices blend so well. There was a fourth brother, Andy who sadly died too young. Barry the oldest is the surviving sibling. Check out the documentary on them.

their early stuff is great also, Barry didn't really use his falsetto voice early on but the music is great, they could not only sing and perform well but were extremely good writers. check out their entire catalog. RIP Robin and Maurice, twins, and their younger brother Andy. Only Barry left. love me some Bee Gees, (brothers Gibb)

Barry (in the middle) is the oldest. Robin and Maurice are Fraternal twins, and are the younger brothers of Barry. The youngest, Andy, was a solo artist. Only Barry is still living.

They are/were 4 brothers, starting tgo sing together as childs, The youngest had a solo career, bc, he was 12 years younger, he died at the age of 30. At the beginning of their career they sang with their normal chest voice. How the Bee Gees’ Trademark Falsetto Sound Came to Be ”My whole life I never knew I could do this,“ surviving Bee Gee, Barry Gibb, says of finding the band’s sound. it came about by accident many years into their career. While recording “Nights on Broadway,” producer Arif Mardin asked that someone harmonize while screaming in the background, Maurice remembered. That was the first time Barry sang falsetto. “I was thinking, my god, where is this coming from? I can do this. My whole life I never knew I could do this,” Barry joked. “We found another sound; we found a new sound. I came up with a lot of new ideas to suit the falsetto,” Barry remembered. “Everybody was saying the same thing: ‘Do that falsetto again, do that falsetto again.’ It was fine for me; I was having a ball.”
