I'm from Texas and was a teen in the 80's and the Von Erich's were Rockstars in Texas. I remember all the deaths and they hit all of us so hard. Everyone loved them. I'm so happy they made this movie and their story's getting told. I hate that Chris wasn't in it, i think his story was the most tragic.

the rise, the fall and the rise again. The family endured greater tragedy then most should endure. But Kevin got his ranch where all his family lives. Four kids and 13 grandkids.

Being a Wrestling fan, and knowing the Von Erich Curse. I don't think i could ever bring myself to watch this movie.

How did you go see this and NOT know what it is about. It's only the second or third most famous pro wrestling family, that literally shows funerals in the trailers, playing don't fear the reaper, constantly talking about a curse in the trailers...I mean... you really went in blind???

I'm a boxer, been in the martial arts scene my whole life and actually also went in blind. It just shows how things like this can unfortunately just fly by some people! :(

I feel that's what makes this movie even better. I wasn't privy to their history and walked in to the cinema driven by sheer curiosity. And it impacted me deeply, more than I ever could've expected. This is a brilliant piece of art, for both audiences: those who know the history and those who don't.

Yeah guess it make's sense for you to be baffled at that 😂 I sometimes just don't watch trailers full way through if I know I already want to see a movie, and In this case I had just seen the high review scores it was getting without having a chance to read any of the in-depth reviews!
