It's kind of sad considering that Billy is legitimately a very smart guy but gets bogged down with the whole cheating thing which wasn't even his fault. Billy figured out the location of the ORB, he was the only guy who could have done Monstroso's transplant and combined with Rusty and Pete, they were able to make some really good super science inventions like the Teleporter.

There was a kind of medicine a long time back that was prescribed to pregnant women - when, as it turned out, it caused birth defects. The most common one was that the kids ended up with withered limbs. As you can probably imagine, it didn't last, but there was a subset of that generation who grew up looking basically like him.

I assume Sovereign had the investors in charge of the guilds finances while he maintained his deal with them. It's probably where they got most of thier own money

I’m thinking Phantom Limb made a deal with the Investors to get the funds to build his machine to heal himself, but since it ended up giving him his powers, the Investors might’ve decided to consider the contract complete, since now he was a more powerful Chess Piece for them to use more efficiently.

I believe we see him in a picture of the Boys Brigade at some point in the museum episode without the prosthetics.

It only counts if you had straight A's beforehand, and depending on which college or University you attend, it may only be a 4.0, 3.7, or 3.0. Some schools only offer this if the death occured within the last six weeks of the school year. However it isn't just limited to your roommate, again depending on the school this "reward" can be granted to those who have lost a family member who was close with the student. In cases where a roommate has died, it can be allowed under the following: Suicide, Murder, Accedental Death, Slow Death (I.E. Cancer etc.), Or death in general. It is not granted however if you yourself kill your roommate. Some schools only offer the "reward" if you witnessed the death, where in the same room as your roommate at the time of death, or if it occured within the dorm room itself. Some schools may also give you the student the option for pick of the next dorm in the "Dorm Room Raffle" in which living quarters are randomly assigned.

If you think about it, we were *all* born different

okay, hear me out: @1:20 he has something nuclear, how did he obtain? [i havent seen this show in a while, so excuse if i forget somethings if its explained elsewise] in the episode where Robo-BlueMorpho confronts Jonas in the PROBLEM (in the last season) during the flashbacks during their discussion, Morpho remembers Jonas blackmailing him over the tape. In the montage theres a bit where jonas says he needs Morpho to steal some plutonium. and we know Venture was all kinds of tied up with the guild. I think the timeline matches up. Sheila, Billy, & Hamilton all at university together; Rusty, Brock and Toriyama past their college years, Venture Sr. and Blue Morpho doing their thing at this time. (Also, I think Richard Impossible was replaced by Hamilton at the university when he was dismissed for having an affair with a student, Sally)

Obviously a late comment, but the only issue with this is that the Blue Morpho died several years before the timeline of this scene, in a plane crash, when the Monarch was just a boy.

Notice how he specifically says the *INVISIBLE HAND* of fate

No, that was one of the explanations for what happened from other people who didn't actually know the real story (there are several shown in the series). This episode, being the memories the OSI erased from Billy's Mind, is the real story. And his limbs are like that by birth defect, most likely thalidomide poisoning.
