Not able to access ola electric app from multiple phones, only 1 phone login not good

1 most important safety check should be to run motter on max power at 50 digree and check the battery tem ..and cooling

RUnning motor at max power in ola and ather at 50 deg will fry some circuits. Too much heat will be generated at max power which is only used in hyper mode for a short while and max power won't be used after full acceleration it will reduce power usage.

I am from tier 2 or 3 city don't exactly know but still my every problem has been solved in one day. even today in my Ola S1 pro map was not going in dark mode, they came and solved problem. what else do you want. service in Gujarat at least is best because i have experienced it.

I am an Ola user I got my scooter in Feb 27 Since then I had no issues with scooter I even had an accident, sent my scooter to service center Got to use move os beta and now on stable version No issues really happy with scooters I noticed on thing that people who bought this are keeping expectations too high and lack in patience that's why they are getting disappointed I would say own your scooter have faith & patience

one big mistake that ola made is that they launched scooter all over India. In initial phase they could have launched only in metro cities so that they could provide good services and also get feedbacks and improve upon it and This year they should have launched all over India, because now they have the production capacity and all the improvement that they have done from feedbacks.

Ghar me 6 ghante lagana padta hai..😮‍💨 bakki gadi badiya hai..

Ye sab show sha se accha ye hai k Ola apne customer service improve kare. Ola k sabhi videos/post k neeche na jaane kitne unsatisfied customers k comments aate hain. Ola ko is par dhyan dena chahiye.

Ola customer service seems dis organized; too many un necessary calls from ola, work does not get done. no transparency once the scooter is picked up scooter shut down on day1 , took them 11 days to fix.. in BLR; hoping there is no more repair needed

Without service center and showrooms nothing will work in 130 cr population this can only happen in country like where ola orgin is
