My ola giving continuous problems... Only 4 months and 1500 kms and already 3 rounds of service centre.... Though it was covered in warranty, the bills were huge ( i dint pay anything )

Bhai I had ordered an Ola S1 Pro 1st Gen last year in the month of Sept but due to their extreme delay I had no other option but to cancel it. This time I ordered their 2nd Gen on the 8th of March and the guys at their experience center told me that they take max to max 10-12 days to get their vehicle delivered. On the Ola application, the estimated delivery date was 22nd March but till date I'm yet to receive any communication from them. Moreover their post sales services are pathetic. Not just me, many people out there are getting late deliveries.So based on this, I just wonder if this is their condition before even delivering their scooters then how can we rely on them for post sales services? No doubt you did a well researched video but kindly do your due diligence. Their post sales services actually suck

I live in the eastern most part of Assam. I ordered a S1 Pro on 2nd March 2024 and the scooter got delivered on 12th March 2024. Some customers who ordered before me even got delivered within 5 days.
