bro i have wf-1000xm4. i know 360 option in Sony app but i thought it only applicable to artistic connection app which is recommend by the app. after reading your comment ,i enabled 360 reality services . now it sounds 😎 awesome than before thanks bro

In most cases it’s tough to figure out Dolby atmos in phone. I guess Dolby atmos is only perfectly implemented in theatres

I experienced Tenet in Cinepolis ...which had Dolby experience... After that I downloaded same film .. And tried in my Device which had Dolby support...but was unable to get same kind which I experienced in Theatre

Theater uses RAW audio files that's why we feel better quality Audio but not in OTT & KZread & DVD

Excellent explanation on atmos.. on the internet.. period.. I have had Sonos arc + sl “left and right + third gen sub for about 1.8 lakhs in UK . Was not impressed with height.. anything else u could recommend??

I’ve a 7.1.2 atmos home theatre with Marantz AVR and with blu ray discs (lossless atmos) the experience is just amazing. Sometimes even better than multiplexes.

Not with the iphone, i have iphone 13 and Dolby atmos works on phone inbuilt speaker,and it really works , i tested it by turning off/on dolby atmos .

Dolby Atoms can't be processed by laptop phone or even TV ,they are just using Software based decoding to enhanced the experience. There are few high end tv and laptops with proper decoder and speakers arrangement but again these tiny speakers can't come close to full range speakers. Only way we can fully enjoy Dolby Atmos is via AVR like Denon or Yamaha with a full range speakers.

Finally there is a video on reality of dolby atmos. There are so many misconception about it, even in pc. And most useful information is that we can't use dolby atmos without a HDMI cable. This information is not given on any product. But you miss one point, What about AV receivers who gives dolby atmos support.

Your description of Dolby Atmos is wrong. Basically, you don't understand what Spatial Sound technology stands for. Dolby Atmos works as well as with 2 speakers and as much as with 9 speakers also. Dolby Atmos is Spatial Sound, meaning that sound will come from a particular 3D space around you. So in two speakers setup, the sound will not be stereo, it will be Spatial between left to right directions, meaning that you''ll be able to hear sound from 8/9/10'O'Clock (left) to 2/3/4'O'Clock (Right) directions if you're facing 12'O'Clock. Sound will also come from the center of the distance between left to right speakers. So that's Spatial Sound technology for you. Sound is no longer limited to the speakers, it has a space now.

Yup u are right I think. I experienced this on Xiaomi 12 T Pro which have Harman kardon speakers with Dolby Atmos feature. I could hear sound at the center of screen and some times coming from left or right and even from Top so Dolby Atmos works in spatial surrounded without Any speakers but only difference the power of sound is less comparing to what we experience in Theaters..

Only av receiver support true dolby atmos with bluray movies and bluray player no netflix and no prime video support atmos Only dolby digital plus provided ott apps

As per analysis and after spending 2/3 lakh in audio system I find 7.1 dd+ gives u better experience and mostly available format and Atmos content less and u can't feel any immersive sound experience u can't spend 70k 90 k AVR for only wind and helicaptor sound or nothing

End of the day everything is virtual even the 7.1.2 home theatre system..... so don't neglect Android based Dolby atmos.....I do have Redmi note 10 pro and My phone has Dolby Atmos and it works closest to theatre except for the screen size..........it has Dolby Atmos and beleive me it really works closest to theatre while listening through quality earphones....

When i listen to music on apple music on in-built iphone speaker,dolby atmos tag is there,but when i connect to realme wireless buds,it gets disappeared, if you have oppo enco buds ,can u please try it with apple music,if is shows Dolby atmos tag with that earphone or not,cause oppo claims Dolby atmos support. no it wont support, it wroks only with Apple Airpods, that too new model.

Motorola also providing Dolby Atmos support in their smartphone, Even Spatial sound effect option bhi diya hai... Such me ye kaam karta hai ? Maine abhi kuch din pehel purchase kiya hu.. Muze uska sound experience to Redmi Note 7 ke player se bhi gaya gujara laga.

Well i bought realme pad which comes up with Dolby Atmos. While i play videos or songs directly from the tab speaker (not through earphones) with dolby atmos on i really felt likr sounds coming from all directions but with Dolby Atmos off i can see sounds coming out from those 4 speakers

Means if we have an earphone, that supports dolby atmos which claim by company is just marketing gimmik. And we can't experience dolby with just 2 speakers right?

Dolby atmos was introduced in phones because of traditional 5.1 ch system does not work in phone. On the other hand, Atmos not only play in multichannel format but it can play in stereo also. Because of the Ac-4 coding system. Actually dolby atmos work in phone based on HRTF model. And it enhance the quality of sound in phone. You said Dolby atmos works only in theater, but it's not purely true, it is also works in stereo systems.
