I'm impressed by the precision of your assembly jigs

Really impressed by your process. Retired carpenter/cabinet maker. Your shop built fitting/clamping jigs are next level. When you said it’s taken years to dial in - I can only imagine. Now im going to see if I want to afford a set!

I consider this Art. I just LOVE the whole process, it is beautiful, very very beautiful work, I just can´t imagine the sense of accomplishment you must feel whn you see the final product, Mindblowing, and thank you for what you do and how you do it with such passion.

My good sir, i salute your craftsmanship and entrepreneurship. As a design student it is so inspiring to see someone pursue a niche idea and achieve a level of proficiency as you have. I hope you make more videos about your jigs and tools, as one commenter mentioned -they are very impressive.

My problem with sunnies is they're always too "designer-y", too bling, too gold, too "iconic", too "fashion mag", too Ibiza - or too Dame Edna, too Boots the Chemists or too plain dull. Or so damned expensive you certainly wouldn't want to wear them anywhere sandy - or anywhere they're gonna get lost or filched. Ie everywhere. Why is the fella not more famous? These look fantastic and are made brilliant by the quirk of the denim construction which means they're not all "Gucci, darling". They don't take themselves too seriously. The fact they're on point ecologically, seem to actually have the crush and drop resistant qualities only claimed by others - and are hand made by a dude in an apron (not a blithe, cynical LuxuryBrandFashionRipoffCorp) - in Britain (Kernow, no less!) - makes me wonder how they're not a monkey a pair or how the waiting list is only 8 weeks, not months! What a superb little enterprise.

Wish you all luck! This is high end craftsmanship not seen very often these days. I’ll say I’d compare it to the watch industry! Think Breitling but frames ❤️

You should look in to vacuum infusion for your epoxy. You'll save a hell of a lot of resin and it's a lot cleaner.

Check out his website in the description.. but they are all hand made in this elaborate process so he's said they have a waiting list. But that's the case for all the best things you can buy.
