"I'VE NEVER SEEN IT BEATEN" GIANT 72oz STEAK CHALLENGE (Over 150 Fails) | Joel Hansen
Ойын-сауық
A famous 72 ounce steak challenge! Just like the Big Texan in Amarillo Texas, this true American food challenge meets all the criteria for a man versus food steak challenge with it's monster steak! (like a ManVFood Steak Challenge with Adam Richman) today we are at the Indian Creek steakhouse in Caldwell, ID near Boise, Idaho. This famous Idaho food challenge offers a free 72 ounce steak to those who can completed in the 60 minute timer! you have to eat 72 ounces of sirloin steak (technically they said it was 74 oz), a baked potato, or fry side, salad, and a side of beans in order to get the $80 meal for free. Fail and you pay for the meal! with only two-three winners in about 200 but ultimately countless attempts, this almost undefeated steak challenge is not for the faint of heart! Can we defeat this famous steak challenge? or will Idaho’s biggest steak challenge beat us?

Biggest steak I ever see
Joel the unstoppable nailed it! Beast mode activated! 💪😁 Anytime I start getting hungry I just watch Joel eat and then I'm full again lol. Rare steak definitely. Go team baked potato 🥔!
The "Fried" Bread is called Fry Bread it's a Native American Indian Bread that we serve either savory or sweet. We make "Indian" Tacos with it, also use it as a bun for hamburgers, or with butter and dip it in soups or Chili. The sweet side we put berries on it. Maple syrup (for our Canadian's "Bannock"), Honey or Honey butter. Basically it's a very versatile bead and super delicious!
Joel...have watched about 6 of these now....what strikes me is you seem like a genuinely good guy.....Don't see that too often in this day and age....keep it up....hope all is well
Awesome! The old 96er! Lol, love the big steak challenges every since the Great Outdoors with John Candy. Another amazing win! Congratulations Joel!

Joel, not sure if you know this or not but if you get a tougher cut of meat in another challenge, try to cut your bites going against the grain as well on the bias, slightly angling your knife. It will make the bite way easier to chew. Hugs and stay safe out there!

Congratulations on breaking the record!🎉 You asked if anyone eats ketchup with steak and while I do not, my Dad on the other hand, does! I swear, that man will put ketchup on just about ANYTHING!😂😂😂 However, it has to be Heinz Ketchup because we were born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania... which just so happens to also be the birthplace of H.J. Heinz company who is responsible for producing the ketchup!😉

Excellent challenge! You done good 👍 I believe what you had with your meal is ‘Indian Fry Bread’ from Native American cultures. It’s a flour based dough fried in oil in a pan, not deep fried. Often served with either honey or powdered sugar on top. It’s also a very popular served as an ‘Indian Taco’ covered in pinto beans, ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese. They’re excellent with a bit of salsa. Common fare at Native American Pow Wow’s. 👏

Those looked like some yummy steaks :D. I like mine medium. Bit of pink but not to bleeding. This looks like a hard challenge because you really want to savor every bite of steak and not rush. Anyways grats Joel. Serious beast mode for this one! When push comes to shove 80 dollars is a very good price for 3 monsters steaks and side dishes.
