My Grandparents were Romanian and my Dad was born in Poland, but grew up in Germany. My. Grandma would make schnitzel all the time and serve it with lemon wedges. The sauce they gave you is exactly what it is...lemon, butter and Capers. Another common sauce for Schnitzel is like a mushroom brown gravy.

Serious, this was spot on across the board in regards to perfect marketing bang for the buck, this is a far better investment that a radio, or even local printed ad, because this actually expands on a national and global scale, and penny's on the dollars.
So this restaurant paid $40 to advertise their restaurant to 500k people. And now 500k people know that they're just another snotty restaurant, with a nasty sour cream filled burrito.
