+Hella yeah beautiful..if you know what kahawai is it's beautiful as Shesimi bit of soy sauce bit of Wasabi can't beat it, in New Zealand it's a very underrated fish. Growing up we did alot of game fishing so always had Albacore, yellowfin tuna, marlin etc..😁🥳

Joel is one of the food content creators that respects food. That's why he's so fun to watch. You can see that he enjoys the taste and not only a video that shows consuming a food.

@@jamesduignan8864 Then you're in the wrong category of youtube. Just watch ASMR if you want people to eat without talking. The talking is what makes Joel entertaining. He describes how it tastes, his experiences with the food, and always respects the staff, even if they cut him off from the AYCE (not in this vid, but a lot of vids of him being cut off from AYCE).

The server was super thoughtful ! He brought 2 different temperatures of the water to assist you while eating! That’s amazing service and kindness

I was watching this on low volume in bed and when Joel did his “wooo!” my husband said, are you watching Joel again? Hahaha

ive never been this early to a Joel video but i love your vids love from florida

A few pointers for Joel. 1) Use the low sodium soy sauce. No reason for that extra sodium and it tastes the same as regular. 2) Hold your chopsticks closer to the top. You get better leverage to hold food more securely and it doesn't feel as awkward as it does the way you hold them now.👍🍣🥢

I know you love sushi all the time we have so much in common but I love watching your blog you're very good and you eat the most amazing food

It sucks because Rose Garden in Port Hawkesbury actually had some good sushi before they closed! And they also had it as part of their buffet.

I live just down the street from here and it's my absolute favourite place to go to. I keep hoping I'll see you in there one of these times, as I know when you come to Halifax you normally stop here and KOD. One of these days perhaps. All the best

@JoelHansen do you have inari in USA? It’s sushi rice stuffed inside sweet tofu skins and then filled with seaweed salad, crab or tuna mayo. Soooo good you need to find some!

I love red salmon sushi. My favorite way to eat it is a big squeeze of fresh lemons juice on them then dip it in the soy holy moly it's yummy! And I don't mind it cold it's raw fish so it's suppose to be kinda chill! You make me want to go have sushi yummy! I'm hungry now! My son makes darn good sushi at home to!!!!

My favorite roll is homemade gimpab. I make a rice and veg one for me without seaweed (seaweed has been tasing very strangely, like old oil or something). I love the flavor of danmuji with carrots and cucumber. I make a sauce with onion, sesame oil, and stuff. It's so delicious.

My favs are Hamachi, Hirame, sake, maguro. But my very favorite is Chirashi zushi and Miso soup.

I'm so jealous. Man, that salmon sashimi! 🤤I don't think there are any good places left in Colorado. Especially for sashimi, they've all closed down. If you think I'm wrong, I'm open to suggestions. Good to see you're still doing well in this crazy world.
