Thank you for checking out the dives in some of the smaller towns! Most restaurants in Jacksonville struggle to keep business due to a high amount of poverty. It's turned around the last few years with coffee shops and restaurants like JW's and Roma's Italian. JW's has better bbq than most places in the big cities! Best brisket I've ever had.

Well spoken Joel. So many don't realize that the purpose of salt ( outside of preservation of any food ) is to to amplify the flavor that already exists in the food. If the flavor is already 5 star grade, the salt is just going to make it that much better.

You're so right! I treated myself to a rare cheeseburger the other day (rare that I eat one, not cooked rare). The first bite was so disappointing! Then I realized it was cooked without a grain of salt! Fixed that problem fast. People, the amount of salt required to enhance flavor will not cause health issues!

The TRAIN passin through is the HANSEN EXPRESS! Best of the best. Engaging, polite, and just a pleasure to watch. Editing on point and just the whole enchilada. Kudos!

Same! I have gastroparesis and I struggle to enjoy food bc it just doesn't digest well. I swear watching him eat stimulates my stomach to wake up 😂

I lived in TX for almost 10 years and yes big red soda does put you in the frame of mind of cream soda however it also has a bubble gum hint to it dont get me wrong I like it and another TX soda is loved is Dr. Pepper which is of course good as well I love them both 💯❣️😊❤

This is one of the my favorite audiences…it was like watching a sitcom…LOVE IT 😂❤…Great job Joel 👍
