All you people infuriate me! You watch recipes to learn something new then you question the most basic thing, THE INSTRUCTIONS! AND why do you need the name of something to make it or try it? Can't you see if it's something you would want to eat or not? FYI butter and olive oil are the healthiest of fats and oils. Eat in moderation. Eat one roll instead of the entire tray. I for one think this looks DEEEEEEEELICIOUS and will be trying it with feta cheese. Thank you for this video and beautiful recipe!

The name that comes closest to this recipe might be Khachapuri. That is a farmer cheese filled, leavened dough pastry originating in the country of Georgia. I have seen variations in Romanian recipes and even India’s Paratha come close. Cheeses ranged from cottage or farmer cheese to feta to ricotta

I have had khachapuri in a Georgian restaurant in Jerusalem and it was not bad at all. I wouldn't run off to the ends of the earth looking for it, but it was quite edible. The proprietor was nice, which also favorably disposed me toward the dish. I believe it was made with a salty white cheese.

This recipe would be great for me, in a different direction. Filling would be farmers cheese with lemon or filled with cinnamon and pecans or walnuts. Dipping sauce would be cranberry or maple glaz I ng sauce. Thanks for sharing.

What's in a name? A rose by any other name is still a rose. Reinvent, put your own twist on the recipe and call it what you will. If you know anything about cooking you will understand that nothing is original. We all share hundreds of recipes with each culture/town/region/grandmother/ having their own twist on it. Appreciate that she has detailed recipes and does an excellent job in showing the method.

The measurements and sort of recipe are in the transcripts of each video. Most may be unfamiliar measurements to Americans. For instance the first ingredient shown is 100 grams of melted butter which would be about 1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter in the US.

Didn't know what to do with it, so it's in the freezer. 😅 Now I have the idea 💡 I have never seen dry in the stores. So I don't know where to get it after this. Do a search. Blessings.

Honestly, of all of these videos I've watched, this is probably the most unappetizing one. Dough soaked in oils, filled with nothing more than cottage cheese. The only flavor this would have is in the dipping sauce. So why does everything need dipping sauce? Being Italian, I would fill this dough with garlic, herbs, ricotta or mozzarella. Instead of sesame seeds, parmesan cheese on top. I guess it's the difference in culture, that I'm not accustomed to.
