This console table has plans available! The plans include 25 chapters of long format videos covering everything you'll need to build this piece. The plans also come with detailed dimensional drawings, templates and more! You can use this piece as a media console, hall table, and more. Personally I've used mine for the past several years as an entryway piece. This is where we set our mail, keys, phones, and so on when we enter the house. It has served us really well and it's one of the most used pieces that I have ever built.

I fall squarely into the ""I wish I could do that" but for so many reasons am happy to also be in the "I'd pay what I had to for that kind of craftsmanship" category. I'd fill my home with this kind of furniture if I had the money. Stunning.

Stunning piece, excellent presentation, and great production. I’m just a beginning woodworker, but I’m inspired to try this one day before long. Thank you.
Another truly incredible build and video. You continue to inspire. Thank you for taking the time to share your talents with us!
Incredible build as usual, and great details around many of the techniques you use... inspiring!
Beautiful camera work and editing. The level of description and thought throughout the entire build is excellent. Really well done, and the carpentry ain't too shabby...
Chris, It sure is good to see you giving talks on here. I miss your instructional videos and commentaries. The ideas of alternative methods are alwas helpful as you've "been there done that" and it eases many apprehensions I myself feel toward diving into a project. Thank you.
After watching the video advert i was still skeptical. But when i finally downloaded the plans kzread.infoUgkxZF0EMnrujZvqHhGkxiz559uIABJWR9TG i was very impressed. The whole plan was just as you said in the video. Thank you very much. I now have a large and valuable collection for my woodworks. This is great!
Beautiful Chris! I love this piece and the style of video. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the process. 👍👍
can I just say, keep doing these videos. Your tutorial voice is keeping me occupied during work, i just put this on my laptop screen and watch once in a while, this keeps me engaged!!! Love it also the end products are alwaaayys so beautiful. Well done!!
your guys plans have been huge in my progression as a woodworker. Yours and Shauns way of woodworking just vibes with me
Been watching your videos for years now. Back when you and Shawn had separate channels. Then when you joined up my mind was blown. You are actually one of the reasons I got into woodworking myself. Been setting up my workshop all summer and looking forward to building some of your designs this fall. Thanks for making amazing videos. I haven’t bought your plans yet but I definitely will when I’m ready to start working on some projects.
I very much love watching your videos. Not only are they very well done videos but I personally love to see fine woodworking done very fine. I have been woodworking for many years, traditionally trained and I like to think that my work is of similar quality. I am a dentist by trade but love spending as much time as possible in my shop. Very well done!
Been lurking a while, and it's so relaxing watching you guys. Beautiful design and execution. Subscribed, bought the plans for my winter project.
Just want to say, I love watching/listening to your videos while I work. Your voice is very soothing to listen to and I appreciate the woodworking skills you have and how you're willing to learn from mistakes/being willing to experiment (like with your crayon tables). :)
Absolutely gorgeous piece. Everything I have been commissioned to make has been a more rustic or industrial style (I live in East Texas) however, I love your modern and clean style. Once I have an office space that is truly my own, I plan to fill it with pieces along the same lines as your work.
First time running into your channel, just wanted to compliment the logo concept (and of course the videos, which are also awesome) Such a great way to turn what's usually an offensive jab at someone's eyesight into something unique, recognizable and fun. A+!
Great job guys! Your designs are very nice and the videos follow this trend. You can feel the prep and craftsmanship in both cases. ⚡️👍🏻
Love the videos with the animations, makes it really clear to visualize. You guys have me turning my garage into a wood shop.
I've purchased multiple plans from you this might have to be the next one. This is stunning man - amazing design and instruction!
Thank you for the detailed explanation. The result looks really good and I may build a similar one. If I remember correctly, you have the same table saw twice in your shop. Have you considered replacing one with a sliding table saw? The fence on the sliding table can be tilted such that the bottom of the leg is parallel to to blade. With that it would be easier to make the dados without the need got a template. I have a “mobile” version, the Mafell Erika. But also the festool Precisio could do the job.
Chris, these videos are fantastic. Not only is the furniture beautiful, but the story telling is also interesting! Cheers!
Classic ... in every way. Classy, typical foureyes build. Loved every minutes!

Great video, I love the furniture y'all make!! As a new woodworker it gets me inspired on what I want to make for our house! :). One tip I wanted to share that I got from another channel about the Blum undermounts. For the hole in the back of the drawer box that you have to drill, instead of using a jig, you can take the box, put it on the rails, and then gently close it a few times and the pins will leave an impression in the wood. Voila, you have your mark on where to drill :D
Thank you for the videos. Your work is absolutely amazing 👏
Stunning work. Your videos are like confort good. Cosy and well filling! I got inspired by your credenza and made a shoe rack in a similar design. Frame is fir, shelves are mahogany, drawer is plywood. I wish I could send you guys a pic.
Sooo i’m more of a framer myself but also Love to make furniture, i need to try one of your projects but with a twist, propably a Coffee table but out of plywood. Really cool craftsmanship!
Been a long time since a build like this, but worth it. Great job as always Chris, cheers.

Spectacular design, construction, and education. And entertaining to watch and listen.

Amazing as always...thank you for sharing...!!!
So glad that I finally have a reason to kick you money! Buying these plans so I can build a new media console. I'll need to modify it to make it much lower to the ground since it's going to hold a brand new Vava Chroma projector, but I knew when I preordered the projector that I'd be looking to one of your designs to build my new cabinet. Either this one or the old record cabinet/media credenza. Thanks, Chris!
Brilliant projects. Well done. Amazing.
I like your work, knowing that for you it is a calling. Binjamin Franklyn said ""He who endeaveors in what he enjoys, never works a day in his life". I think I see that in you. Y have embarked on a career that I did't have the courage to undertake earlier in my life. BRAVO TO YOU I'm old now and live in a small condo so inether have the room or the finances to enjoy your work in person, BUT now I still can have a good day watching your efforts putting your soul into every project. Pay no mind to the nay-sayers.. There will always be folks who try to build themselves up by tearing others down... Carry on you and your creations make this old guy's day.
Simply love the PBSesque introduction..."Funding...provided by...".

As always simply amazing.
Great video! I love how minimalist it is. Not breaking the bank on stock either, lots of other similar builds require so much more hardwood

Thanks...a lot definitely goes into it. But between building, YT video, and Plans...plans is definitely the most work. Though they are all kind of connected.
I just got the Desquire plans and, let me tell you, Chris is not kidding. Super detailed, all cuts, hole placements, everything is laid out and the video chapters really add understanding and context to the plans, as well as the other way around. I will be getting more plans from him in the future! Keep up the good work, man!

After looking through the plans and previewing some of the videos I have to commend y’all on the great product. Really, plans and instructional videos for the masses aren’t easy to pull off but you did it. I can only imagine the effort that is put into them. Bravo.
First, I learned so much from using the templates for the Glenn lounge chair I just built. Even used a modified version of the ottoman template to make a side table for it. I don't regret buying the templates from Four Eyes at all. Worth all the money. Second, the legs for this could be really cool for the back legs on a desk - where to top part (that comes over the top of the cabinet) becomes a monitor shelf. I need to build myself a desk, and I've been looking for a unique leg design for it, and I Think this is it!

Nice work
Dayuuummmm soon this looooks gooooooot. I want it
Nice work as always, Chris!) You could safe a lot of time (22:10) just routing the material between those saw cuts. I mean all three dados at once, using two straight bars that are higher than leg piece as rails for a router with straight bit. Since you're routing between cuts there will be no tear outs and you'll get a nice flat bottom of a dados.
@Foureyes.Furniture
2 жыл бұрын
Definitely would be a time saver. You’d need a router table though right? If I’m understanding correctly. But for the sake of plans I didn’t want to assume. Plus with only two of them to make. Factoring in set up time. It’s probably about a 5 minute difference. Making kids of these though. Definitely
@diakonhexxen6505
2 жыл бұрын
@Chris Salomone No, you don't need a router table for this. All you need is to saw first and last cuts on each dados like you did on 22:10. So six cuts on each leg piece. Than you'll need two pieces of wood or plywood that are equal or a little bit thicker than your leg piece. Attach your leg piece to any flat surface with double sided tape, then attach those two pieces on both sides of leg piece and put a router on them. Set router bit to same depth as your cuts and rout the material between cuts. It's kinda the same technics as slab flattening sledge but without sledge, for your leg piece width is not as big so the length of the router base will be enough.
My cat says this is your best video, and the technical part is his favorite. I agree.
Bro, your videos are just as much a piece of art as your actual projects are.
I like the white oak and walnut blend, good call.
I love those build videos!!!
